He wore his Kradison jacket at my M&G in Rockford. I was first in line, had just met Goatie,, and when he came out from backstage to our outside M&G area, and I saw that jacket with the angel wings on the back, and the glitter on the arms, I just gasped!! I said to goatie, “oh my god, that’s the jacket!!”
The amazing thing about the kradison concert to me is that he recorded his VH1 Unplugged the next day. Voice still in great form, and looking wonderful.
I would love that picture on his calendar. Gorgeous! Do you have to be a member of the fan club to get a calendar or do they sell them on the website?
The calendars were on the fansite. I think you had to be a member to order one.
dflowers…I haven’t seen any official mention of a 2012 calendar on the fansite yet, however.

BTW Kradamour I’m with you on the Queen thing. I think FM was a great performer and I like alot of the songs, but I always thought FM was a mediocre singer.
I also agree that adam’s vibrato is a natural thing but probably enhanced by his training. When you train for opera you MUST have constant vibrato. It’s a LOT of work. That’s why I prefer to sing musical theater music,I’m lazy,

Freddie at all attractive, or sexy, or hot, etc etc…..whereas Adam!!!!!

Listening again to TSMGO (trying to get it to number one), I really think my favorite lines are: “My makeup may be flaking but my smile still stays on.” That’s when Adam did the little bow.

That is also my favorite line from TSMGO and Adam’s little bow as he sings it is perfect. Everything about that performance was so top notch that I can’t imagine it won’t happen again at some point.

Monte and the scumbag must be licking their lips. Can’t believe Monte did that crazy list thing. He’s alienated a lot of Glamberts that supported his cd. He still has some who defend him. The funny thing is that someone on twitter said that the ones that are still supporting Monte need to stick with Monte and leave the front rows open at Adam’s concerts for the true Adam fans. The ones that are supporting Monte say they support both, while the majority are saying you can’t support both if one is hurting your fave. A few have actually badmouthed Adam but I guarantee you’ll see them front and center on Adam’s tour, so great is their hypocrisy. It’s a crazy thing that’s going on. More drama in Glambert Nation. Keeps it interesting while Adam is on hiatus I guess.

I’m seriously doubting that Brian and Roger ever considered anyone other than Adam. Maybe there were strong suggestions from the network peeps for more popular artists to accompany them. It would have lost it’s power IMO.

So looks like papabert had some fun with Neil last night on the debate ustream, and now he’s gonna spend sometime having brunch with Adam…gotta love the Lambert men!
turquoisewaters, cher & spiffysmile – thank you so much for the support. I lost my mother in July – that was hard. I just don’t want to go through that again anytime soon. So for those of you with parents around make sure you have all the conversations and ask all you questions now. I thought I had done that and I’m still full of questions. I’m thankful my partner is in excellent health otherwise. I told her we have many Adam adventures ahead of us.
cher – that whole Monte thing is just so puzzling. I was waiting for him to come out and say something to the effect that he didn’t have control over when BFM was being released but had asked Welsford, et al, to wait until after Adam’s second album. Never heard he said anything like that – and then Adam dropped him. Those two things made it pretty evident there was trouble in paradise. (And read the sequence of events over at AQD and apparently Monte said Adam won’t talk to him.)
I can’t get too excited over this – Adam’s all I care about and, if Monte is gone, that’s OK with me.
On a personal basis, I agree ultimathule.
But I would be very surprised if this was not profoundly hurtful to Adam – he holds his friends close. The loss of Monte as a friend after so many years and so many shared experiences – and over what is basically a tradeoff of Adam for money – that would be a sharp blow.
And for Adam’s sake, I do care. Very glad that Sauli is in the picture.

btw, if you have a thought on what TV shows you’d like Adam to appear on, let me know and I’ll e-mail them. Yes, there’s no new music but hey the “old” stuff is still great. Is he still allowed to sing them because of the lawsuit?
