December has arrived and that means that 2012 will soon be over. Adam has been “trespassing” all around the world lately and currently finds himself in China and will wrap up his 2012 with a New Years Eve concert in Bali. But before the year ends with a bang there is plenty to do on his home turf. He heads to NY for “Cyndi Lauper and Friends” and a TV appearance, then hops across country for a radio event and a little “Diva” hosting thang.
A lot of holiday cheer to look forward to!
Choosing a photo for the monthly threads is never easy. However, it’s his most recent look that is getting attention. Since it may not last long, I thought that most of you would enjoy the look from the Mnet Awards – fierce, defiant, always unpredictable Adam.

asif, I think that very few of the Glamberts bring their husbands to the concerts. riskylady and little dutchess are two exceptions that I know of.

Magazine Cafe has my “number” – got an email from them today about the Fiasco issue – have ordered all Adam mags from them. Another one on its way for my collection.
I really don’t mind the scruff. I just wish he’d lose the gloves and tone down the darkness of the eyeliner a bit.
Who knows what he’ll look like by Sunday. He could be blonde again for all we know. As long as he steps away from the hair shaver that’s all I really care about.
The thing about Melvin that I do like is how it outlines his superb jawline – don’t see many like that.
Mils,he should look on Divas the same way he is advertised on billboards and promos. This is one of the bigger exposures he is getting lately, why experiment with looks???

So what do the gloves hide? I’m going with it’s just fashion. Many many people wear them, male and female, in many colors. I just think they have become cliche` for him, that’s all.
What I really hope, and kinda know already, is that he will be so fabulous, so gorgeous, so in top voice, that he will get most/more press about Divas than any of the actual Divas.
Although, he’s included as a Diva, because he will be performing.
I just hope, beyond hope, that there is no kissing of a man, or any faux fellatio on live TV in USA. And, please. No Johnny. I just don’t think pushing any more envelopes is needed right now. IMHO. IMHO.

Also his hands are large – fingers thick – not particularly elegant – but very strong-looking – doesn’t like that look?
Also, leather is powerful and gloves add to that power.

Mils ,gloves make his hands look smaller. He has relatively big hands comparing to his delicate wrists and forearms.
Or it could be my imagination.
The one thing I can’t figure out why he loves platform shoes. He is tall enough. Platforms and hair give him and extra 4 inches. At least.
I hope Melvin leaves soon. I liked the scruffy look but now he’s starting to have that Pirate look again. And early on the 1000 post on the monthly blog got a toaster, it’s only since we now have so many post hoes that it’s changed (I’m not going to list their names, they know who they are}

The heels are all about stage presence. And, he has said in interviews that he wishes he were taller.
Scruff happens to look very good on Sauli, but not on Adam.

Just catching up from being out of the loop for a few days and just watched the video’s from New York. Great as always…but does anyone find it odd that he didn’t mention Trespassing once. They said billboard #1 but not it’s name. I’m wandering if he is changing labels or something I really don’t want to think about. I did notice a tweet earlier in the day from Sony (somewhere, international) that had his barbie story attached as promo. Anyone else thinking this? Now to catch up on pages I have missed!

I love the eyeliner, I miss it when he doesn’t wear it. I’m on team ‘melvin needs to go’. I liked the scruff, the picture at the top of the China thread is just perfect, but agree that its now got beyond that, and I’m just not a beard person.

Adam did so great on both CNN and Wendy Williams. I’d be nervous and awkward and stumbling over my own words. There are lots of famous people that cannot give good interviews either. I always admire how Adam can make it look so easy and come across so well.
re the shoes: I think it is not only about the absolute height but also about the proportions. A bit of a heel does wonders. (I love barefoot Adam.)

I usually find Wendy Williams to be pretty coarse, but she seems to be softening lately. Her show is always on at work in hospital rooms and lounges. I don’t know if patients are watching it because they turn it on, or if the staff is putting it on for them, but, it airs here at the same time as the View, and The View is never on TV’s that I see.
I record The View and watch it/skim it every day. Unless they are screaming, then I erase it. Elizabeth gets on my nerves when she she gets shrill.
I still can’t decide if I like the Fiasco pictures or not….I don’t dislike them, but maybe its because its just so unAdam….just can’t put my finger on it.
OT, one of my sons teachers (also the vice principle) committed suicide on sunday night, he was only 46 with 2 kids. Yesterday when we were all told, the statement just said he died suddenly, but in the HK press today it said he hung himself…so tragic and sad that he felt that was his only option.
Only time I watched View was when Adam was on. Like most TV
