December has arrived and that means that 2012 will soon be over. Adam has been “trespassing” all around the world lately and currently finds himself in China and will wrap up his 2012 with a New Years Eve concert in Bali. But before the year ends with a bang there is plenty to do on his home turf. He heads to NY for “Cyndi Lauper and Friends” and a TV appearance, then hops across country for a radio event and a little “Diva” hosting thang.
A lot of holiday cheer to look forward to!

Looking through my tv listings I see a Grammy Concert on Wednesday night. Yikes…Grammy nominations Wednesday. Sorry to bring it up. Am trying to say to myself “it doesn’t matter”.

I did see him. Don’t know who he is but the cameras kept showing him. He was shown looking bored a few times during other acts but he was up and into it for Adam. If you look closely he gets into the duet later in the video. He must be a Hennessey bigwig.
I am surprised Adam had any interviews scheduled for tomorrow. Thought he would be on his way home to catch a bit of shut-eye before the True Colours concert. (Please to all the gods don’t let him have to cancel that.) Maybe the MAMA’s got him some belated invitations.

And durbesque about the side mouth – he’s always done it, but seems pronounced in those little vids. Like some of Kris’s music, but find him hard to watch. When he tries to hit a high note, the eyebrows go up, and the jaw cantilevers out to one side so he looks like he’s being goosed.
The old guy with the dim sum – think he was applauding at the end – glad he finished his lunch in time.
The thing about the guy eating while watching Adam perform is that I cannot multi-task while watching him in front of my face.
The mere concept of doing something else besides watching him and standing with my jaw on the floor and flailing is beyond me.
Honestly. That’s why I’m so in awe of people who can video or take decent pictures.
Is Testone still “Queen” Elise?
It’s funny ultimat, of all the Idols since Adam, Elise is the one whose album I’m looking forward to and would consider buying. I loved Casey, and have listened to his CD online, but didn’t buy it. He’s very good though. There was just something about Elise that I really liked. And Josh Krajcik from XFactor. He was incredible the other night.

My take is, Adam is committing the cardinal sin of starting to be a bigger, better-known int’l star and in places where the sainted three aren’t. Unforgivable. And the more people chat about it, the more unforgivable it becomes.
NO IDOL has ever stood in front of- a crowd of 250,000 or fronted one of the biggest-selling, most iconic rockbands of all time EVEN ONCE.
And, has any Idol been invited to sing on a Voice performance (or any performance) in mainland China, and then been invited back to perform on a huge awards show and Hennessey concert? According to another Chinese fan on Twitter, the interview with the official govm’t TV show opens the door to concerts, album sales, and other things not available to just anyone.
I don’t think Adam is shunned in the US, just by US radio. His performances have drawn good crowds, and his PLL and other TV stuff got lots of buzz. He still gets media buzz too. More radio could surely drive more album sales, but all the articles are saying touring/performing is where the money is these days.
If I had the time and inclination I would tally up all the live performances Adam has done here in 2012 and post them over there to counter those who say “what has he done here?”

Btw, LOVED this concert from beginning to end, just fabulous. The band sounded great, the vjj’s too, and Adam was in fiiiiiinnnne voice and appearance. Fever was soooo good, sexy but not vulgar, and loved Terence’s dancing and his charming grin. I don’t hate Johnnie, he was prancy but not too OTT. Maybe there’s a reason why Adam chose him, to show the diversity and not pretend it doesn’t exist – pretty sure he knows perfectly well how he dances. Good interaction, just enough.
And then we get to see him interact with sexy, gorgeous Aurea – that duet was all kinds of amazing.
Hope he catches a flight home and rests, enough media already.
Ahhhh!! So many luscious treats to wallow in on my birthday! Having a wonderful time rolling around in all of the goodness from Adam at Hennesey. What an awesome performance that was! I loved all the glory notes and the staging and the sexy… he really let it rip. He has really been kicking his performances into high gear lately, that’s for sure.
