The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

Asif, that’s hysterical about Lea Michelle cd and Glee. I almost choked with laughter. Queen cds are collectibles…hubby half passed the test. Gosh, I was converting a couple people to Queenbert yesterday at a dinner and I promised dvds.. Thanks for the laugh, It made me remember now that I promised…now who did I promise them to? It’s amazing how many people are now telling me how different Adam looks, how great he looks and one person Saturday night said he sees an Elvis resemblance. You think? One person at a time…. Adds up!

I consider today is a successful day for Glamberts … comparing to getting tickets for GNT and one off concerts.
These Q+AL venues are huge and have plenty of seats. Eventually … we will get tickets .. some may not be what we want, some may be more than we expect.
I’m just happy to experience this EPIC event of Queen and Adam whom I love both. And to meet my dear virtual friends from here for real.
No matter what seat I get .. nosebleed or on the roof top … I’m very happy and grateful.

TQW, we’re wasted, overexcited, overtired, broke and pawning stuff to pay for these trips and tickets.

There will be lots of tickets at open sale. Saw decent Vancouver tickets at Tixbastard late this evening. I would even wait for open sale. I have seen great seats at open sale, many times better than presale. They tend to dump the worst seats to the rabid fans at presale and later on the better seats start coming. Saw that happen today at MSG and Toronto. Much better seats an hour or two after presale started. Of course you also have the Facebook presale Wednesday. They have lots of good seats left. These arena concerts are large, unlike Vegas. Now that was a problem! Ugh.
Tip, re the spreadsheet, if you have a google password or have ever used Google Drive, once you click on and go to CWM‘s spreadsheet, it will appear in your google drive from then onwards, so you don’t have to log into the concert planning thread to get access to the spreadsheet that way. Something I just noticed.
Now….back to my regular life and work to make money to fund my fun times in June and July

Hello M, I am sorry to hear that you didn’t get any tickets. They only block ’til midnight according to some peeps on Adamtopia, so you can try this morning. Just don’t refresh too often.
There are VIP Diamond tickets still available in Toronto, I think. Also, the bulk of the tickets go for sale on Friday and NONE of the potential buyers are as fanatical as Adam and Queen fans. I honestly believe there are a lot of good tickets out there. Same to the Duchess.
In many venues, the purchasing function now invites people to scan sections for seats now. Much less refreshing going on.

UPDATE: one ticketmaster screen open only for Toronto (thought I’d try for the American express presale) and now kicked out again.!!! What the heck is going on. Ridiculous and I’m disgusted with the entire process. Will have to take laptop to another location…maybe not even secure.. and try.
