Exciting times are upon us as July begins! Adam has just completed an outstanding first full length concert with Queen at a charity event in Kiev, Ukraine (as captured in the photo above). Five more Queen + Adam Lambert concerts are lined up for Moscow, Wroclaw (Poland) and London during the next couple of weeks. Adam will then return to the United States to play a series of solo concerts during the second half of the month, including gigs in Costa Mesa, Sacramento, Des Moines, Thackerville (Oklahoma), and a much anticipated return to the site of one of his first and most memorable concerts at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California. All told, Adam will perform in 10 live concerts this month, which will make this his busiest month for live performances since November 2010 when he was in the European portion of the Glam Nation Tour. I’m saddened that I won’t get to meet you on this trip. I, too, know that it will happen and soon. But I also understand that RL bitch stuff. For me I just figured out why I can’t seem to handle what’s thrown at me like I used to. Someone reminded me that Mercury is in retrograde and that explained it all. When that happens for me I dissolve into a flustered mess, can’t think, can’t problem solve and get absolutely nothing done in a day. Thank the stars this doesn’t last very long.
We will raise a glass of wine to you on Friday night. You might not be there in person but you will in spirit.

How nice of you to write the station. Des Moines just surprises me at every turn. To have a state in the mid west where gays can marry. To have a city that holds Adams concerts and it has some of the best food places in the mid west. I love that town.
My first ever post on the site. I wanted so badly to go to the San Antonio show, but I have tickets for Winstar the next day. Outside in the Texas heat and then drive six hours to Oklahoma? Maybe I would if I hadn’t just worn myself out getting to London for the first two shows. Can’t wait to hear Trespassing live. I don’t know why it isn’t selling more. He is certainly working his ass off doing promotion, that’s for sure. I know this is kind of a generic post, but hey…it’s my first time! Be gentle!

Welcome and YEAH you got to go to London – my color is now green!! I hope they do some shows in the US and I will be there front row center. I loved Queen in their day and now I love them more with Adam.

Cool, that should be some good exposure to a younger audience for Adam. Hmmmmm, October… so if he’s singing two songs then, it makes me wonder if they are planning to release a third single in the fall. It makes me happy that despite a sluggish start for the album, they’re obviously forging ahead and planning promo for it into the future.
