LOL at the park outfit. If I saw anyone else wearing those boots and shorts I’d be thinking WTF..but Adam still manages to look gorgeous and cute at the same time….and at least we got to see knees!

The interview fascinates me – watched it about four or five times – love the bobble heads in the right-hand bottom corner – and the music when the two of them walk over the bridge – just cracks me up. And when they show the green tea and the mosquito catcher close up like an ad – just so funny. One of my fav interviews ever.
Forget the that outfit! Did you hear that acapela snippet of NCOE? Why are you concentrating on the clothes (ridiculous, I know) when there were a few seconds of heaven there?
Maybe I am a bad fan, but I had to go back and look at it again because I was so mesmerized by the head and the shoulders that I didn’t look any farther down. For me it was the boots that killed it, but that is why I love him. He does what HE wants, not what others think he should do, Go BB!
By the way, I had no trouble downloading it to realplayer.

The strange part was that it was a public health care who did it! It was something written in the arm, but the side that is upside. I am happy it was just a dream.
As someone who can’t wait for it to turn a bit warm to get out of shoes and wear my sandals, my feet squirm when I see Adam in those boots in the middle of the summer!

In the right corner of your tool bar if you click on page you can then click on zoom and set the font at 150% or higher. Some computers it is under tools still on the right side of the tool bar. Usually by the print icon.
Or just click on “view full size”, whick shows up if you roll over the upper right hand corner of the article. Great article – you could tell that Adam had to win over the writer…and, of course, he did!

Great review! Thanks HK fan. I just don’t like it when they bash Brian, saying that his solo is the oportunity to go to the toilet. Strange, since it is just after they said that he is a “phenomenal guitarist”. Or did I read it wrong? There are some eminently memorable quotes about Adam, but since it is a scan, I can’t bring them over. Everybody will just have to go over and read it for themselves

But, TBH, I almost always skip that part of the Queen shows. I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because I just always want more Adam.
mils, it is one thing for a person to make a personal choice as to what to listen to in the privacy of his/her home or car, but it is another thing to write something like that in a published review. While the excitement, chemistry and joy that radiated forth when there was interaction between the guys was absent during the solo bits, as riskylady loves to say, Brian made his guitar sing, and it was something to behold.
This sounds like Idol never talked to him?

I took that quote to mean that the author thought Brian should have developed his own solo in the years since they first did 39. Without it, he didn’t consider it any better than it was in 1977, and it didn’t sound like he liked it all that much then or now. I thought they were very complimentary to his playing.
I don’t know Nick well enough to care whether or not he’s chosen as a judge. But this decision should not hinge on Mariah, and that bugs me. Not sure I’m going to bother watching this year.

Well it now appears that Adam will likely have no role whatsoever in Idol this year. Very unfortunate if that’s the case – he badly needs visibility outside of the bubble right now. It may be that his schedule is so empty after this month due to lack of paying gigs and lack of any further promo money from RCA.
Still hoping for further Queen collaboration and tour. Otherwise this third single is going to have to be a hit to keep the Trespassing era going.
Okay here is my current thought, and I’m ready to dodge all of your flying tomatoes. I’m not so sure that Adam was ever in real contention for this job. His name was mentioned (rumored) very early on, and we (Glamberts) ran with it. Adam always seemed to be a bit fuzzy about the details. My thought early on was that if it isn’t true, why doesn’t Adam negate these false rumors. I now feel as though he may have been hoping that they would be true and didn’t want to do anything that would impede this from happening.
Ugh… I am so ready to forget all of this and to move on.
When will the next single be announced, and when will the Trespassing tour begin???

Dcglam – yep that’s my feeling too. The Idol machine played us and Adam for PR. I don’t think he was ever a serious contender.
Unless this single is a hit or Adam wins the lottery I don’t know how he’s going to pay for a Trespassing tour. Maybe it would be possible after a successful Queen tour.
