It was a busy Spring for Adam. Having completed his run in “Cabaret”, he attended/presented for the first time at the Tony Awards. Then it was off to Europe for performances in Cannes and at the Polar Music Awards to honor Queen (Brian and Roger). He also made sure to be part of several Pride-related events. And finally, he even made time to work on some new music. Summer may be vacation time but not for him as he will be performing another dream role as Judas in “Jesus Christ Superstar” in LA.

So sad to hear of Ozzie’s passing. His last appearance at Villa Park was a glorious way to say goodbye – the love in that place for him was gigantic. I’m grateful I was able to have a few quiet words with him after the show. And happy to know he passed peacefully with his loving family close by. But the world will miss Ozzie’s unique presence and fearless talent. My heartfelt consolations to Sharon and their great family. And. Michael C. Hall was the Emcee in Cabaret circa 2000 -ish.
Also. Hall was set to star in the Bowie Broadway production, Lazarus, that was canceled when he died. There’s lots of vids with him covering Bowie. He’s such a talented performer.
