September was a month full of surprises – Adam on Idol, Adam out and about and then to wrap up the month, the announcement of the UK and European Q+AL tour in early 2015. Can’t wait to see what October has in store! In the meantime, we’ll continue with the weekly walk down memory lane and revisit the summer’s concerts.

    I am an owl, too…I suspect that those characteristics suit a lot of us, whether or not an online test tells us so. There is a lot of thoughtful wisdom on this blog.

    Just checked the Zenith – regular sale hasn’t started yet, according to the site. Lots of tickets already on the resale sites.
    Interesting lineup at the Zenith…Gaga in October, sold out. My girl Lindsey Stirling in November. A magician, Disney on Ice, Pharrell…something for everyone!
    The Zenith is right next door to the craptastic little venue where Adam played on the GN tour in November 2010, Trabendo. An intriguing juxtaposition!

    Yes, they are brothers. Greg is based in LA and Rob is in Toronto. They were born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario.

    Continuing on the road to recovery, we are reliving the Q+AL concerts one (or two) per week. This week we’re in Vancouver where mieps and twilightmagic8 saw the show. Post your commentary about those concerts in the Vancouver thread and feel free to let me know if anything needs to be added or updated.

    I don’t know HK fan, the article says that the odds for QAL at Glastonbury have gone from 20 to 1 to 14 to 1. Not that good. IMHO the media knows that QAL are click bait at the moment and they are tagging articles accordingly.

    Paris went on sale today. Very interested to see how sales will go, a small venue but Queen is not widely popular in France and Adam is very little known. On the other hand, the Zenith is a prime venue and that will catch attention. Because it is small, most major performers play at least two performances(Pharrell is doing four nights!)
    QAL won’t be able to add a performance if merited, Zenith is booked the night before and after.

    Paris sales sluggish compared to other venues. It is the end of the day there and very good seats available.
    Buzz from other cities may make a difference later – that is what happened with Paris GN. No sales for a long time, then peeps decided that since places were still available they would tack on Paris to other venues.
