September was a month full of surprises – Adam on Idol, Adam out and about and then to wrap up the month, the announcement of the UK and European Q+AL tour in early 2015. Can’t wait to see what October has in store! In the meantime, we’ll continue with the weekly walk down memory lane and revisit the summer’s concerts.

    Annie Lennox is singing now on GMA. What a voice. Powerful and expressive. No tricks. Puts the pop tarts to shame out there. A crazy rock version of “I Put a Spell on You”.

    Some people on Twitter have been taking Shoshanna to task, claiming Adam is “out of sight, out of mind.” (???? just because fan site traffic is down…I hardly EVER go there) even though he’s been quite visible, IMHO with ATT, MarcoMarco….
    Anyway, in the conversation she tweeted this…No idea what this means for Adam, if anything.

    I don’t understand that tweet. Was shoshanna posting it? When a tweet begins with “@” I think it’s someone tweeting to her, not shoshanna posting it to someone else. And proud?

    That was Shosh’s tweet. I took it as she had some association with someone in the group. Not about Adam.

    I saw the tweet, read the article, but did not look at any Twitter conversations going on at the time.

    Thanks, nkd. I posted that article several days ago. Thought it was very interesting except for the fact that Guy Oseary was the brain who came up with forcing the U2 free album on everyone even if you didn’t want it. Will have to wait and see if it affects Adam in any indirect way. Hopefully his group has forward moving ideas.

    To all our Canadian friends tonight: ( TLKC, Northern Spirit, Ron, Sparkle and more ) what a scary turn of events in the news, be careful, and my thoughts are with you. I know the events of today were not in Toronto, but, close enough to be nervous.

    On a whole other note, American Horror Story is tonight. Loooove this season, it is soooo twisted and great. Looking forward to the return of Denis OHare. He is incredible.
    ( Ryan Murphy in an interview revealed that his character will be a con man with a 13 inch special gift.) OMG. Too funny. Wonder how that will get by the censors.

    I’ve been a fan of his ever since I first saw him on an old episode of Law and Order many moons ago, in which he played a mentally ill man who murdered several people in a boutique, and took his meds in jail and then defended himself in court. He was brilliant, and won me over. I think he played in several episodes as different characters, and has been on Broadway,in many films ( Milk ) and was fantastic in True Blood. He married his husband recently and is a staunch LGBT rights supporter. Anywho, he’s back tonight.

    Is anybody else watching?

    Anyone know why I don’t get tweets anymore from people I follow? There’s been 3 in the last month. I know I’m not blocked! lol! Very odd. I checked their profile and I’m still “following” them.

    lilybop is one of them and I’m pretty sure her tweets are public.

    No clue why that happens with twitter luval. It has happened several times to me with Adam’s tweets, maybe some others too but I don’t notice them.
    I’ve had to unfollow and follow again. Hated doing that with Adam since he was my first.

    That happened to me with Adam too, nkd. He was the first one I followed too! It’s not working with the other three. I un-followed one for a week, then started up again but it didn’t work. Oh well. Twitter help is no help! Just says they probably blocked you.

    KInd of OT, here, but wasn’t this singer someone Adam tweeted about, because he liked her song? Anyway, she is pretty interesting, and has been involved in a huge range of activities. Not sure I love her “hit”, but I do think she seems like an interesting and diverse person.

    Yes, remember Keisza, Tothebeat – and that video. Just not a fan of her voice – don’t find much variation in it – dare I use the word “shrill” at those unvarying top notes. Just ran through her album on iTunes – only one really liked was “So Deep” – her lower range.
