September was a month full of surprises – Adam on Idol, Adam out and about and then to wrap up the month, the announcement of the UK and European Q+AL tour in early 2015. Can’t wait to see what October has in store! In the meantime, we’ll continue with the weekly walk down memory lane and revisit the summer’s concerts.

    I was in DC and VA areas for almost a month … helping a friend move. So busy packing, moving and unpacking that I couldn’t contact ulti or sistakrads as I had planned to.
    I didn’t even have time to do the museums at the Smithsonian’s.
    Now a lot to catch up.

    Love the description of Paris. Last time I was there was in July 1997, at the same time saw the news of Hong Kong’s Independence on TV at the hotel there.

    I have been remembering, too, our (mmm222, adamized, nekkid) trip to NYC to see Adam with Nile Rogers. So different from the weather there now, we BUNDLED up but still managed to look chic!
    I will never again have anyplace to wear my sparkly black tulle skirt with leather bomber jacket…oh, well. But I probably didn’t look nearly as chic as I deluded myself thought, so no worries!
    We ate very, very well. Macarons…

    I love the photos with his hair down and the hat on the back of his head, and the aviators….just perfect. much, much better than the other glasses, which are probably my least favourite of his, and the hat forward…

    Okay, so I’ve been away in real life for a couple of weeks, but have lurked a tiny bit bit from time to time. Guess I pulled a Kradamour by staying away…

    So. Last night I heard a great local band, and they were doing some impressive jazz, rock and blues covers, and all of a sudden I hear some very familiar chords, and it’s this:
