October was a relatively quiet month for Adam. His short set at AT&T Live Proud was one of the few times that Adam has performed solo in a while so was nice to see and hear. I’m sure that October will end with a bang since Adam is hosting his 2nd annual Halloween bash.
November’s photo is from Adam’s appearance at the Marco Marco fashion show.

    This may sound silly but thank-you for the internet and social media. Ten years ago the community we have would have been unbelievably difficult to create. And thank-you to AL and eywfler for conceiving of this blog and keeping it going, not to mention the avid posters who keep the momentum during times when Adam isn’t as much in the public eye.     Adam story:

    So I am at work and this male nurse says he heard on the radio of a huge show to be announced on Monday for 2015 here in my city Syracuse. People were guessing. My guess was some country artist. Then I jokingly said Queen.

    This nurse says “omg!!! this friend of mine saw the show in Philadelphia and said Adam Lambert was absolutely amazing. His voice was spectactular. Never heard anything like it! He couldn’t stop raving about him”. Of course I said I saw the show 5 times this summer.

    The nurse continued on and on and on about what his friend said. I told him I really wished more people had seen it…that he would have loved it.

    Told him of course to checkout youtube. Queen & Adam Lambert (pick any song). He loved BoRap and he’s heard of WWTLF so I’m sure he’ll start with them. Will badger him next time I see him to check if he watched any.

    May I add that I am thankful for all of you on this Blog for the opportunity to have “virtual” friends become “real life” friends. This week a blog friend came to visit me. We went to lunch and had the most wonder time. It seemed like we have known each other for years and have so much in common, starting with our love of Adam Lambert, all of you here at ALL and then even to our R.L.s that seem to have follow a similar path.

    Thank you firstimerob for sharing such a wonderful afternoon with me.

    Heheh, well, one turkey got a reprieve today as the risky family had a brunch instead of dinner, due to work schedules, cruise schedules, et.al. Consumed lots of pink champagne though!
    Anyway, what TLKC so eloquently said!!!! And Happy Thanksgiving to ALL.
    Now, where in the world is AFL???? He sure can pull a Houdini when he wants to!

    So much warmth and thankfulness here and emails. I couldn’t ask for a better group of loving people to share Adam with. Yes tlck love your post.
    Today 2 of my grand kids 7 & 10 are visiting and notice my new Adam bag and calendar. Checked out each calendar page examined the photos on my new bag were very interested. Thank you retjenny and glambotgram for your handywork. Had a ball with retjenny All because of Adam.

    There were 14 people at dinner table today.
    Some have left, some are watching football.

    One good thing … there isn’t any fight or argument in the family. Only a couple of goofy uncles which my hubby is one of them. Grin

    I showed my doctor friend his picture and he told me I’m the second person that told him this…that I made his day…made his Thanksgiving day. Then proceeded to ask me if I knew how he got his hair like that!

    Great doctor too, kind and gentle to his patients. He’s a young attending doctor but occasionally calls his interns “dude”. Will find a good hair pic of Adam. Seems like he’s into the hair. Smile

    I’ll fess up to being the one who misstook the poop for a turkey a year or two ago. Duh. (But who would expect a poop emoticon!?)

    On a related note to the turd-ducken, a magazine had a pie-caken on the cover two weeks ago…a pumpkin pie is frozen and baked into a layer of chocolate cake; then an apple pie is frozen before being baked into a layer of yellow cake; then the two layers are stacked and iced with cream-cheese frosting, the kind that most people put on carrot cake. It was very, very bizarre…

    I have been watching the top 1500 singles numbers on Mj’s the last week or so, and WWFM is back on the charts…was up to 500 and something a few days ago, and been hovering in the 7 and 800’s….anyone have any idea why it has started selling again???

    Talking of numbers, does anyone know how to find up to date sales numbers for albums??

    Hope all those who celebrate Thanksgiving had a great time yesterday. Big raucous family crowd here – it’s a plus that I like everyone – lol.

    Fortunate, too, that we have three fine male singers among our crew, leading to an impromptu sing-off ranging over pop/classical/country. Promised they’d get together and do something a little more organized for Christmas – looking forward to that.
