It would seem that the big announcement tomorrow should logically be imminent single/album release dates, can’t imagine Adam building up the anticipation for yet another delay, and it doesn’t seem likely that he would announce now for a single release date after the New Year.But, we have been through so many delays already I’ll just wait and see. (ETA – Adam is gonna give us the name of the
singlealbum today. No release date – have to hope for that tomorrow. Although now my guess is that tomorrow will be the name of thealbumsingle.)If the single is released soon, that would indicate to me that the delay was mainly legal and that the BFM lawsuit has been resolved.

Well, he tweets that it is about the album and the single. My guess is just dates to make us stop the berzerko twats he gets every second, I am not expecting music for the holidays – but would love a date to put on the calendar to look forward to!

Dunno. “Trespassing” does not slip smoothly on the tongue. A three syllable word with the stress on the first syllable is not a strong word, it drifts away.
“Trespass” would be stronger.

Hi Kradamour! I was just about to post the same thing! Not crazy about the title. “Trespassing” or “Trespass” both have a negative connotation to me. Trespassing isn’t something one should do.
But, as Adam would say, “It ain’t that deep”. 
I’m sure it’ll make more sense within the theme of the album.
So we know there is an album track named “Trespassing”, written with Pharell. We also can assume that OOL is still on the album since Adam retweeted a comment referring to that. Earlier info has been that the album (at least the base version) would have 12 tracks. As with FYE, there will probably be a deluxe version with some bonus tracks as well.
Kradamour and Ron, I’m with you guys on the album title, a bit meh. Hopefully the music is strong!
ETA: just saw this comment on the MJs thread – does anyone know which red carpet interview is being referred to? I’ve been a bit under the weather with a cold this week and haven’t been looking at Adam things very much.

Album titles don’t really bother me, apart from FYE I don’t think I could name more than a handful of album titles, I just go by the artists name…
Same with album covers, some I might like more than others but the picture would never stop me buying the album if it was someone I wanted.
OT, it is my eldest sons 21st birthday today…not that he will see this, (he can’t read anyway..), Unfortunately he is severely mentally and physically disabled, but I can’t imagine him not in my life. If I’m honest, in my heart I never thought he would reach this milestone. We’re having a ‘bit of a do’ next weekend with our friends who have been a huge support to us the last few years.
even more OT its my eldest daughters 23rd tomorrow….so you might not see much of me for a couple of days, although I’m sure I’ll still manage to sneak on, I get crabby if I can’t check in at least a couple of times a day…but I’m sure you all understand that!!!

I still need to let the “trespassing” sit a little bit. Last time around I hated the title FYE and loved the picture. I find it hard to judge just one by itself. Title, picture, and music need to somehow just work together.
Just dropping in quickly to say I think I’m a bit in love with Brian May. Not only is he a very attractive man but he seems so grounded and sweet and best of all he appreciated BB! It would be so wonderful if their world’s collided again some time soon.

One of the meanings of the word trespassing has to do with infringing on the privacy of another. I know that Adam has said that this album is to include music that showcases more of a personal nature about himself. If so, this title is quite fitting.
By the way, I LOVE the title. I feel it gives off a very mysterious and sexy vibe!

Interesting tidbit: In 1970, Genesis put out an album called “Trespass”. Guess we can’t have two albums with that name, huh?
Hi nkd!! I’m going to be cautiously optimistic about the AMA’s. This news did come from Twitter after all. Photo of Adam definitely isn’t current if that matters. It looks more like a photo that would have been used during or immediately after American Idol. Is that an aisle seat in the photo? That’s where he would have been seated 2 years ago for easy access to the stage. Then again, if it’s true, maybe the AMA’s not only invited Adam to attend the show but have also asked him to present an award?
Certainly hope that it’s true but it might be someone’s idea of a joke.
Ceddies, my heart goes out to you and your family. If there is anything I can do, just let me know. My own mom was in the hospital for three weeks and we weren’t sure if she would make it. Fortuantely for me and the rest of my family, she has gotten a lot better and came home after spending the three weeks in the hospital and another three weeks in rehab.I hope you don’t forget that you are not alone and you have a lot of people who care. All my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Shirley Halperin tweeted the AMA pic. When asked if it was real, she said it is def real. And that THR is doing an article on the AMA’s later tonight. She talked about ‘more scoop’. I took it as more AMA scoop and not more Adam scoop. But I do think she meant to let us know that Adam will be in the audience this year.
