Another month has arrived, and we are all anxiously awaiting the lead single from Adam’s upcoming new album. Will the new single be released this month? Will Adam perform at the American Music Awards once again? I think that Adam’s recent appearance on the cover of The Advocate signals that things are about to start happening again.

Hopefully our long wait is almost over. Enjoy the chat!

    Ceddies – for the first 24 hours of so, youtube videos are always capped at 302 or 311 views or something like that. Once that cap is lifted after the first 24 hours, then you’ll see the actual number of views.

    Ron, when I watched the television broadcast on our cable channel (tr3s?), Adam’s performance was played in its entirety (and gets more glorious each time I re-watch it, lol).

    I got all of Adam’s performance on MTV3. Don’t know if they cut anything else in the show, didn’t pay that close attention, but the entire Queen/Adam performance was shown.

    dcglam, that article is very informative, I saw it a few minutes ago linked from MJs. If Adam is considering joining Queen for a short tour, the negative reactions from some of the diehard Queen fans might give him pause. Will be interesting to see what happens the next few days, I believe Adam is slated to stay in the UK all week.

    I was thinking about how proud Eber and Leila must be right now. Queen would be an icon of their younger years, and to watch their son perform with them in front of a global audience has got to be surreal. As proud as we are of Adam’s accomplishments, they’ve got to be happy and proud parents.

    What a great day to be an Adam fan. Have watched the performance on my big screen TV a couple hundred few times. MTV3 had it in it’s entirety. I am so proud of him.

    Loved the popstar article.

    I just hope he gets some “real” press about this. Wondering if Seaquest will talk about it on his show tomorrow morning. And if E News or anything will cover it.

    Hoff grosses me out. Just grosses me out.

I finally got a chance to break out the wine and am having a great time going back watching Adam over and over again. Thank God that isn’t a crime or I’d be locked up by now!!

    Cher, thanks for posting the wiki link for The Show Must Go On. Look at the very short list of lead vocalists who have performed this song live: Elton John, Paul Rodgers and Adam. What an honor for Queen to entrust Adam with this song, which I’m sure is a very emotional one for them given the context of its creation.

    I think Adam doing the tour with Queen is still not real likely, but I would wager that this was not the last time Adam will perform with them.

    Assuming that 2011 numbers are the same or better…wow!

    I love seeing Adam with Queen, he is the greatest singer alive today and no one else could do those songs justice. But I’m also glad he has his own career and that is his main focus. He is too good to be wasted as a Freddie Tribute act, And he didn’t go through American Idol to just go back to singing other peoples songs.

    I love dancing Adam to his pop songs, but Adam singing like this is thrilling! I think that’s why I loved his encore performances so much, he lets loose and just is!

    I’ve turned it back on the tv this morning and have watched 3 times already, I can’t get enough. TSMGO is breathtaking!
