Another month has arrived, and we are all anxiously awaiting the lead single from Adam’s upcoming new album. Will the new single be released this month? Will Adam perform at the American Music Awards once again? I think that Adam’s recent appearance on the cover of The Advocate signals that things are about to start happening again.

Hopefully our long wait is almost over. Enjoy the chat!

    Okay, is there anybody smart enough out there to give us showtimes and timezones for tomorrow? I know. It’s in my DVR. But my brain isn’t working right now. I’m a little distracted.     I don’t know why they’d want to keep that as a surprise. I’m so burnt out on most of the people in the awards, there is no reason I would have hunted out a way to watch the program. I’m glad at least Adam tweeted to let his diehard fans know. I would have hated to miss it. It would not have been pretty!

    Something tells me that the Glambrits, and others in Europe and Ireland ( is there a group there? ) are all already there. And if not, they have all just hopped into their cars, trains, buses and are headed to Belfast.

    Yes the watchema.com is the one she warned us about, but I decided to include it with the others being passed around. I would say use caution.

    Its sunday here too. I kept watching MTV yesterday to see what time it was on here, they keep playing this long advert with Selena Gomez but then the time flashes up so small and fast I keep missing it. I think the 2nd showing is late monday night, not sure what the ‘live’ showing is.

    Yes, mils…that feeling when I was getting on the plane to Paris. Landing in Paris. The train to the venue. The meet and greet…the drive to Ste. Agathe…the moment the announcer said “Adam Lambert”, FYE, he turns around…all these feelings flooding back.

    eta: More feelings…driving to Wilkes Barre for the first GN show. FYE remix, purple coat, hat….screams………

    It is on in the states loveroftalent. It’s on one of the MTV channels. It’s just that not all cable carriers in all time zones or geographic areas carry the channel.

    I’ve been checking various sites. The Squee Factor is unbelievable!! What a laugh fest! My hubby walked in on me laughing out loud. He just shook his head at me yet again, and walked away wondering what in the world is so funny. He still just doesn’t get it.

    But, we here do. In our own private Adam world. Thank goodness.

    Ron. I’m so glad you believe in the safe use of funnels. Funnel sharing could be problematic. Thank you for setting up our very own individual supply of funnels. I already have my own, but, sharing would not be safe. Smile

    The only problem is that we’ve already got the disease, and there is no cure.

    You’re a life-saver, Ron!

    I know Adam’s a pro, has done this for years, but he did say TV appearances make him a little more nervous, so I am asking the Universe to look after our BB for all of us. If he really will be on stage with Queen, I think the pure joy of the moment and the presence of Brian May (that sweet, brilliant man) and the rest of the band will carry him through.

    Oh, riskylady, we all share the same feelings. We are squeeing, and hoping for no “adrenaline rushes” to spur spontaneity, or finger flashing or whatever may come over him. I hope he just does what he’s done hundreds of times, and just KILLS it!

    Ron, although there isn’t a button for it in the comment form, we can underline by using the < u > and < /u > tags to open and close the underlined portion, except leave out the spaces within the brackets. I have to put spaces here because otherwise the comment interpreter thinks I am trying to underline and won’t show the < u > and < /u > tags.

    I love, adore, and respect Brian May or DR. Brian May -a PhD in ASTROPHYSICS. Grin

    From every video and photo that I’ve seen of him, he seems very kind to everybody. He always smiles, gives hugs and praises, not just to Adam but to everybody. But he loves Adam more. heh..heh.. Grin

    Brian May is talented, intelligent, kind and gracious.
    Both Adam and Brian May have a kindred spirit.

    He and Adam are a match from heaven.
    It’s good to see them together again.

    Mils, I so agree! Glad he has Sauli, and will perform with such a wonderful band – everything asif said about Brian May is soooo true. I have read his blog sometimes, plus he figures prominently in the documentary about Freddie. Just his treatment of Freddie, the recognition of his talent, the kindness with his weaknesses and foibles, make him a very special man.

    I’ve been thinking what a thrill this must be for Eber since he was a DJ playing Rock music back in the day. I would think he must have had a huge appreciation for Queen back then–most folks who were into Rock did.

    Actually, I am delighted that peeps are squeeing and flailing (even the formerly debbie downers lol !) and I can’t say how pleased I am that we have a “leak” to revive our spirits!
    I do understand that this is very cool, but I don’t know Queen or Brian May or Freddie Mercury (who looks amazingly like Drake, IMO) so I can’t enjoy it in the same way that you can.
    And that is the great thing about enjoying Adam through a community like ours. I can happily live vicariously through y’all for this performance, even though for me personally it isn’t a big deal, and jump on the flailwagon with you! (Really, there should be a gif for that, can really picture it…) Like Purple Haze that I had never heard before Adam sang it. Everyone else’s enjoyment increased mine tenfold!
    So I can’t wait for the performance and everyone’s comments and excitement! Smile

    kradam, maybe you could listen to some Queen, or watch some of his tributes and interviews on You Tube, if you want. The thing about Queen isn’t just that so much of their music is Rock and Roll legend and historical, it’s that Freddie was such an icon, such a voice, so glam and over the top, even for his time. He pushed the envelope. He opened doors. And he was so respected.
