The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

Update: Ticketmaster just e-mailed me, and the accessible seating section, that I requested is sold out.
So, I have decided that if 1 good seat shows up, I would be elated.
Hell, it’s a once in a lifetime moment, and I will be so high, that I will float to my seat!!!!!

Wow, turquoise, that 1975 concert was at the Hammersmith, same venue we went to in 2012. And Freddie must have had some vocal tiredness because he stuck to lower notes and modified BoRhap quite a bit.
And LOOOVE Tear It Up, right in Adam’s wheelhouse.
Freddie sure liked the clingy outfits lol.
I hope Adam loosens up some to his more “expressive” self. He’s in his home country with home audiences, no TV cameras around presumably so he can misbehave a little (ahhhh, for the days of GNT).

Uh no luval if you get that row at Seaworld or Le Reve show at The Wynn, you get really wet!!
twilightmagic Passports right now take about a month unless you pay an expedited fee of $60 if you want it sooner. Most Post Offices have the forms right in the foyer area The actual passport now costs $100.
Go to CVS or Walgreens and get your passport pics asap and then fill out the forms. Some post offices also have passport desk hours where you can turn in your applications as well but you need to make an appointment. The passport desk has restricted hours too. Good luck!

Sorry I didn’t know about this before. Thank my mom for sending me to typing classes after high school, but there were 2 more next to Al’s and mieps’ seats for the same cheap price but they only allowed me to get the two first and by the time I paid and went back in the others were gone. I almost didn’t even buy those two for them because I was pretty sure mieps would get tix for them but looked in saw those and grabbed them…luckily. Maybe if I’d had another browser open like I did for MSG I could’ve gotten the others faster. The MSG open sale tix did not show up until about an hour after the open sale started and I almost didn’t see them because I didn’t expect to see any. I even refused two for regular price that weren’t too good but now I see them selling for $450 each.
I kept trying because that’s happened before- you think a concert is sold out and 30 mins later tickets show up. Thanks to Adam Lambert I’ve become a ticket buying shark. That’s not necessarily a good thing. Just do what I am forced to do to get the tickets I want. It’s been the most exhausting and exhilarating week. Feel like I’ve run 10 marathons. Good luck. Close to 20,000 tickets available on stubhub for all shows. MSG has seats in the BACK floor for $11,000.00!
The concert seating capacity is said to be a little over 39,000. That means that half the tickets bought were just for RESALE?? IDK… So, yes, it’s sold out but 20,000 tickets are being sold for unbelievable upcharges.

End of a week with no sleep and my one day off today my DH’s bf woke me up 3 times by phone this morning looking for him and I have blood in my eyes…literally. (DH was outside puttering in the yard and his phone was off) That bf is in my bad books for a long time to come. #blazing headache!
What if we were to start a twitter campaign to @Queenwillrock, @Adamlambert, @lyndseyparker, @thr and some of the other media complaining about the monstrous unfairness of TM? Maybe the media would pick it up anf force the evil empire to change its ways.

On another note, I am thrilled that MSG sold out, but pissed off about the ticket bastards. This means that there will be empty seats again, instead of letting fans buy tickets at face value. There is no way that 20,000 people will know how to navigate the broker system to find scalped seats.
The system is broken and needs fixing. Scalping is illegal.
I wonder how much longer they will be able to get away with this??

Yup, we have discussed this before here. In my state, scalping, such as, standing outside the venue with tix in hand and re-selling them, even at face value is illegal. I’ve seen people arrested outside the doors.
But, you can certainly buy tickets via Stubhub and such here.
