The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

What a week!!! Can’t remember something like this even with Glam Nation. Sweating, hand wringing, freaking out, no sleep,cramped fingers, money flying all over, Adam…what have you done to us?!
I have a head start on that because I’m already a mess but it would have been much more messy for sure, you’re right.

Calgary, I totally get your angst and fury over the ticket dreadfuls. I, too, remember when tickets were released at once, presale meant first shot at the best tix, and if you snoozed you loozed. And when scalping was prosecuted.
There is no way to game this system…we rely on dumb luck, and sometimes it hits. Froggie and I wanted pavilion seats for Merriweather…neither of us could spend hours on the computer, we had scheduled RL events on Monday morning…so I snagged us a couple of lawn seats just in case it was the best we could do (and the lawn at Merriweather is wonderful if it doesn’t rain, it was sloped with hundreds of truckloads of soil).
Every once in a while I would pop online and try for decent seats…amex and fan presale…tickets just getting worse and worse. So we decided to try for singles and I simultaneously put in for one amex ticket and one fan presale ticket…I had done that several times and the two seats that popped up had always been very far apart, but I tried again and lo and behold two individual tickets popped up directly in front of each other and not at all bad! Queenbert karma had struck!
That was a long story, Glambotgram and others who are still waiting for their
Princeseats to come, but keep plugging at it and believe in the Queenbert karma.Honestly, who deserves it more than us? We’ve been keeping the flame lit here for YEARS now.

I’ve seen Adam twice: at River Rock Casino and Puyallup. I have never been to an arena show before so it should be interesting. Actually, I have not even been to Vancouver proper before either. It’s about time that I left the island for the real world again!

Ron and Al you guys are on a roll here. Making me laugh on a tired brain. So exhilarated and so exhausted at the same time. It’s been a doozy of a week and one more try at decent MSG tickets tomorrow for me during work in the morning. Wish me luck.
Ticketmaster has a Facebook page for the Queenbert concerts and OMG the happiness of some that got tickets and the outrage of others who didn’t! What’s really funny is that I’ve bought tix for others in different arenas and Tixmaster has posted me attending all these concerts in different places. Good thing my DH isn’t on FB. I’d be in deep brown stuff, but all my FB friends must think I’m absolutely nuts! Some are giving me likes that I don’t deserve because I’m not attending all those concerts!!
