My fave is Cuckoo, then Trespassing. Just wondering, would they have to put a “language” sticker on the album because of Cuckoo? Or, would they have to do another version w/o the f**k? Anyway, Trespassing would be the more PC next single, but…..GO CUCKOO!!! I like Bruno’s song, it’s pretty, and there must be some vocal acrobatics on the full version because of what that Jordan person says.
I hope the label doesn’t spank Adam for giving us this present on “release day,” lol! I think he really loves us!

haha AL…you & I may have been the only ones watching!!!! Cuckoo was great & to anyone who wasn’t here he did not say the F word. Said something like “oompf” one time and just a blank the next time(s). Also, AL correct me if I’m wrong…he did not say “I’m cocked and I’m ready to go”. In keeping with the fact that we tend to analyze everything Adam Lambert (haha, that is what I love that we do), his comment, “I’ve already done my stuff,” leads me to believe that his album is pretty much ready to go. I also love his “I have a way with pussy cats” response to the girl who mentioned that her cat responds to Adam’s music. LOL

I think he used the OG Glambert comment when the lady said she was getting some flack on twitter because he came to Utah and skipped places like Ohio, so could he say hi to ? and insomniac19. I watched the live stream earlier and it sounded good but that clip has really poor sound quality, at least for me.
Stopped in for a second, RL is a b*tch right now…listened to the famous “snippets”.
I am trying so hard to like them. I just don’t. I don’t dislike them, I guess, I kinda feel like it is FYE all over again.
I “get” that he wants to sound radio-friendly, and a certain amount of over-production is inevitable for that. But I just can’t hear any of these four snippets on the stations that I listen to, all of which are pop/top 40. Of everything I have heard so far, BTIKM seems most likely to be a radio success, and we haven’t seen much success.
I just can’t think of the radio format into which Adam would fit naturally.
Is there a Vegas radio format?
I am probably wrong, and I hope that I am.

In a way, I feel that these snippets are almost unfair to Adam. I know he is very anxious for his music to get out there for all of us to
evaluateenjoy. On the other hand, I don’t feel that we are getting the true/total “picture” of these songs. I tend to feel that the CD version of this music will be above and beyond what we are hearing now from these snippets. Just think of all those rave reviews his album has received from peeps in the industry who have actually heard it. Personally, I feel positive about the direction of this sophomore album. Only time will tell, but I’m hoping our fears will soon be alleviated.Did you know that Bruce Springsteen sold 196,000 copies of his latest album pushing Adele out of the number one spot? I have never heard a Springsteen song on any of the stations I listen to around here! Who is listening to Bruce these days? I guess someone is. LOL. I don’t think any song out today has a fit anywhere. They have a fit everywhere! Music stations are out of whack IMO! Now we have that group One Direction who will beat everyone out with songs I have no interest in. I’ve heard them on a couple of tv shows (Ellen, The Today show) & I just don’t get them. The flavor of the month.
Adam has a hard road ahead but I really think it doesn’t matter anymore where a song fits. It just has to be played!!!!

Kradamour, I said the same thing a few pages back, the first listen I didnt like the songs either, I thought they sounded to much like remixes and and I didnt hear Adams voice. I was disappointed.
Well I listened to them with good earphones, and from a better download, and they are much better, ya know, Adam has to please the younger dance crowd to succeed, and I think these songs will do that. There are more singer songs on the album that we havent heard yet, like Chokehold, and I am sure more. Adam cannot succeed in Rock, but he will be doing Queen, and we will get our wailing Adam on some Rock songs. This is all a win for us. But these new songs will be awesome live, and when he goes on tour. I think it will work out for Adam, and thats what we all want. I think there will be something for everyone. Is my rambling making any sense????
