I totally agree with your posted comments regarding Tommy. I am a bit worried about his surviving a tour as Adam’s lead guitarist. The good part is that he seems very loyal to Adam, and Adam seems to work well with him. The not so good part (IMO) has to do with his stage presence. He comes across as not being totally comfortable in the limelight. That may very well be. However, this should be a red flag to Tommy that this is something he needs to work on.
In all honesty, I was very disappointed that we did not get Kevin in DC!

As much as I loved Cuckoo and wasn’t crazy about Trespassing, after listening to the actual CD snippets I totally changed my mind.
On the Hit Predictor Cuckoo and Tres are going head to head.

I’m afraid you are probably correct. If it’s a hit, Bruno will get the credit with the usual suspects saying Adam is riding coattails, but if it’s a flop Adam will get all the blame for screwing up the song. No win scenario – they just need to go with an actual Adam song for the next single.
BTIKM – all adds are in for the week, picked up 4 more Hot AC stations including NYC, San Diego and Atlanta, but zero Top 40 adds. Despite all of Adam’s hard promo work, the song just isn’t going to be a hit on Top 40. Today’s Mediabase charts – #20 on Hot AC and #38 on AC. Last update from the Top 40 was on March 12 when it was #52 – it hasn’t appeared in the Top 50 on that chart yet as of today.

Adam new sound is so european. However Naked Love reminded me of International Love. Maybe he should collab with some rappers? I’m serious.

Just a question…Will radio have a problem with some of the words in the songs. I certainly don’t have a problem with it, but radio has to play them, and we all know hard Adam has been working to get radio play….

Well I am disappointed.
They all sound like club mixes, they all kinda run together in my mind. The only one I like at all is Trespassing. I hate the Bruno Mars song. Hes screwed if they release that next. Adams voice doesnt do anything, it could have been anyone singing, except a little for Trespassing. Where is the guy that sang The show must go on???? Oh my!!! Well maybe they will grow on me, I dont know. I suppose I am in trouble for saying this, I feel like Nele on MJs, but they are all gonna say this. (Pouting with head down)

I listened on my headphones and liked them all. I’m with you – torn between Cuckoo and Trespassing. I preferred Cuckoo before but the production of Trespassing makes it a contender. Of course, NCOE will be the next single since the label probably

I’m sure the lyrics will get worked over just like CeeLo’s Fuck you song did. Maybe this is part of the delay, having to have two versions of some songs for safer lyrics.

There have been over 11,000 views on the poll so far and Cuckoo and Trespassing stay about 40 votes apart.
Well I must be with the UK because I voted for Cuckoo. Love it. Of course I love Trespassing too, It was close but Cuckoo won for me. I really like Naked Love too, Not sure about NCOE.
I think he will say damn in cuckoo. Lets just hope he doesn’t forget on a live performance. I guess they could just bleep him.

Just had a couple of 18 year olds listen the snippets…A guy and a girl…The guy is into classic rock and both of them picked Tresspassing and said it’s a really good song….
My guess for next single it will be Trespassing because it’s the Album title or the Bruno Mars song…because…well, Bruno Mars.
Cuckoo is my favorite. I want that one to be the new single, not based on listening to the snippet, but ever since the first time I saw the video of Adam performing this song. He was amazing and could totally this song to a new level when he performs it.

I have my old complaint that Adam’s voice should be more front and center, and I think in this regard they did the best job with Trespassing. Adam sounds so much like Bruno some parts of “Never Close Our Eyes” that the casual listener could be confused.

These songs all sound “muddy” to me, not “clean”. I just have a feeling that these will sound so much better on the real CD, the vocals will come through better, everything will be even better.
That being said, even the Bruno song is growing on me. I do hope for either Trespassing or Cuckoo.
I’m not concerned about the lyrics.
I would only be concerned if the politically correct police decided that Cuckoo was mocking the mentally ill. Or if Adam made a video in homage to One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, like he alluded to in some interview lately, and it was construed that way as well.
But, the drums, bassline and clapping in Trespassing are going to be KILLER.
I think we’ll hear his voice front and center in the slower, darker songs, turquoise – Chokehold, IMO, will be strongly Adam’s voice in luscious softer tones – I’m addicted to even the noisy background Jezebel one. And, of course, these are compressed, low-fidelity tracks – who knows how they’ll sound on a CD.
I’m thrilled at what I’ve heard so far.

Ya with the super duper earphones, the songs are better, I am getting used to them. I do love Trespassing, Clapping, Stomping, ya, I love it. Cuckoo is good too. I just dont love Naked Love.
