After a very busy and promo-filled month of February (during which Adam also took time out to attend the Elton John pre-Oscar party pictured above), March figures to be busy as well for Adam and his fans, as he should continue promo efforts for the lead single “Better Than I know Myself” and his upcoming album “Trespassing”. Adam may take some time to put last minute touches on some of the late addition album tracks as well. The album release date, which was previously set for March 20th, has been pushed back to an undetermined time later this spring. I’m guessing sometime in April or early May, but we will see.

Update – on March 23rd, Adam confirmed that the release date for Trespassing will be May 15th!

    Wanted to let you know that the Fab Four had a lovely day/evening together. The radio station could not have been nicer and it was a really well organized event. The venue was lovely with tables facing the stage. Adam and Tommy came out did BTIKM and then answered a few questions presented to them by the DJ. Again, Adam mentioned seeing repeat customers. The connection between Adam and Tommy was more comfortable than I have seen on the past few radio promos and Tommy was a lot more engaged.

    Adam was lovely and seemed very relaxed. The acoustics were perfect and his voice was the best I have ever heard it in person. So lovely hearing him sing without lots of screaming going on.

    After singing WWFM Adam made a quick departure. We all lined up for our quick picture with the man. I didn’t really have time to be nervous since we went up in pairs and Kradamour started a conversation with Adam immediately. I’ll let her fill you in on that. I totally forgot to sniff and really was about to move on without saying anything when I finally squeaked out, “Adam, I really, really like you!”. I believe I was patting his belly when I was saying it to make sure he heard. He thanked me and was probably thinking “why the hell is that woman patting my belly???” Oh well, what can I say. I now know what my obsession’s belly feels like and nkd you are right, he is warm and comfy.

    Thank you all again for your well wishes and warm thoughts. I like you all very very much too!

    adamized Thank you, that sounds very nice and you made me laugh with the belly pats. I would probably be so nervous I would forget everything I was supposed to do. Glad you had such a great experience. I cannot imagine hearing that spectacular voice in person, in such an intimate venue.

    Glad you are back “home” and you had a good time. I cannot imagine what it would be like to be in that small of a space and hear him sing in person. I think they would have to carry me out. You will treasure that picture forever.

    I think the station the FF were at is FM97.1

    The station we were at this evening was 94.7 FRESH FM. I’m very happy to see that it was the DC station that eywflyer posted with adds today. They were very friendly and treated us so well. I’m planning on e-mailing the DJ there to let him know what a great job they did and for the tickets.

    What can I say — It was all so surreal. Meeting ultimathule, adamized, and Kradamour was the first highlight of my day. I felt so comfortable right away as if we had known each other for a long time. But then we really have! Wink We had lunch and drinks at the Hamilton Restaurant (the concert venue). Lovely place — I would highly recommend it if and when you are visiting in the nation’s capital. After lunch, we began our wait in line. Luckily, we had a very good, close spot, so we were able to secure a fabulous close table front and center — great spot for Kradamour to video tape. I thought Tommy McFly (the DJ) did a great job with Adam. As adamized mentioned we got BTIKM and WWFM. Kradamour will have these for your viewing/listening pleasure. The meet and greet went quickly. I made sure to go right in for the hug and made some comment about how sensational I think he his — such a sweetheart! We were able to keep our lanyards that included a pic of Adam as well as a signed 5 x 7 photograph. Fabulous souvenirs from a fabulous evening! In Love

    ETA: Adamized, I’m glad that you and ultimathule made it home safe and sound. I’m sure Kradamour is still on the road.

    Whole thing sorta dreamlike – and I hadn’t even had that much to drink. Maybe post more tomorrow.

    Watched Toby – he had to bring Kris into it somehow. Happy Anoop went to the Atlanta concert – he has a much better voice than Kris – like his album a lot.

    Isn’t he just adorable?

    Anyone that is in the vicinity of where he is visiting, TRY for those tickets! I couldn’t have been more unsure about meeting Adam, or rather having him meet me, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything, except a longer experience!
    GO FOR IT! This may not come around again.

    I agree with you so much. And someone mentioned up thread that they wondered with she would be accused of copy cat since the videos are similar. I highly doubt it – she seems to travel in the sort of “saint” bubble.

    Well, rainbow think someone did post over there about the similarity, but said the good/evil theme is not unusual. May not be, but one version is not necessarily as good as the other – and Carrie’s is pretty awful IMO.

    and Carrie’s is pretty awful IMO.

    I watched the Top 20 on Saturday for the first time in a long time. I have to say most of them are pretty awful. If I want to see some artist pose in different clothes, in different rooms, with the same dancers. I could buy a fan magazine and furl through the pages fast. Both would be equally boring!

    got home about a half hour ago, pooped!
    I THINK I have a vid of the whole thing, but I am afraid to look yet…Had a fabulous view front and center, with a metal railing to prop the camera. Will peek tomorrow and put on youtube if it is real! Vocal was outstanding, and the conversation part was clever without agonizing questions that we have all heard and could answer ourselves! Pix posted show the diversity of the audience – quite varied ages and stages.
