I’m so nervous y’all! I can’t believe Adam will be sitting, singing and talking a few feet from us! I never win anything, but if I’ve waited all my 29 years to win, this is definitely the jackpot! I got to do a m&g in Des Moines. What I noticed right away is how comfortable he is in meeting each and every new person. He looks right at you and listens to every word you say. Nkd, Texas, this would be a good opportunity for you to pass a note to Adam, just a folded piece of paper, telling him his photobucket was hacked (unless you would feel comfortable actually telling him). I have a feeling he may not know, and have been pondering how to get the message to him without the whole world knowing, i.e. Twitter. He could at least delete or remove the fotos – we don’t know what else may be there, especially if there are a lot of pics from Hair.
Like PH, he gets so many tweets, he may not have seen that one. Just a suggestion – you wouldn’t have to say anything except to ask him to read it right away. Well, j/s – that’s what I would do given the chance. Of course, it’s your time so just disregard this if you feel uncomfortable doing it.

Hi everyone! I’m just finishing up packing for my quick trip to Houston, where I will join the lovely, very generous nkd for a whirlwind of fun! I’ve packed my freshly charged camera, various pieces of memorabilia, sinus medicine (just in case I’m stuffy – MUST see if Adam really smells like blueberries, lol), but most importantly trying to keep myself calm so that I can savor and remember every minute of this incredible opportunity. I’ve never even been able to purchase a m & g, so I know in my heart that I may never get an opportunity like this again. Adam is amazing and we all know that. But I just can’t get over how hard he works and how different this roll out is compared to the first album. Yes, I’ve been thinking about that. The PTB at RCA must a)think the guy really is going to go big time and is worth the thousands of $ in promo costs or b) be doing all this promo to recoup their investment in the album or c) all of the above. I hope some day someone writes a piece or a book on what the judges and PTBs said behind the scenes about Adam during his run on AI. They must have been wetting their pants with excitement.
The love for him from every DJ he meets is amazing. I wonder if they talk like that for all the celebs who visit?

Well, so that lovely Depeche Mode-style zen song was in fact “Time Stands Still” by Uh Huh Her, slowed down (just like someone did previously with their “Dreamer”). Gotta say, they are putting out some gorgeous songs, and that video with Sasha is very nice. So, I went and got their album “Nocturnes” on iTunes. Gotta support such great musical talent. I’d love to hear Adam do one of those songs, though.
