After a very busy and promo-filled month of February (during which Adam also took time out to attend the Elton John pre-Oscar party pictured above), March figures to be busy as well for Adam and his fans, as he should continue promo efforts for the lead single “Better Than I know Myself” and his upcoming album “Trespassing”. Adam may take some time to put last minute touches on some of the late addition album tracks as well. The album release date, which was previously set for March 20th, has been pushed back to an undetermined time later this spring. I’m guessing sometime in April or early May, but we will see.

Update – on March 23rd, Adam confirmed that the release date for Trespassing will be May 15th!

    It would seem so but he will not be anywhere near me. Closest is 500 miles away, so they are leaving a lot of the country uncovered. So far at least, maybe more promo’s will be announced.

    I think we have seen Adam with a knife before. Can’t remember which photo shoot. It’s probably the OUT shoot.

    That is so bad about hackers in SONY’s network. It’s probably safer to put everything under your mattress these days. Smile

    That’s his twin sister here for a visit, I believe. I saw on Twitter where she had been tweeting, so I peeked at her page, and she said something about being so excited without explanation and then the next tweet expressed something about how LA was her style (not her wording, but the effect garnered from whatever her actual wording was). I read from other tweeters that she is his twin sister, and the name sure fits with his, so I’m guessing it’s true, despite Twitter’s propensity for untruths.

    I thought that was odd since he gained 5 spots without gaining spins. I then realized that 5 songs that were losing spins were no longer on the list – went recurrent. Some links explaining “recurrent” and how they decide when that happens.

    Went up to visit Adamized again this weekend, she is so delightful and I am so glad that we found each other here! …and as soon as I crossed over into Maryland and turned on the radio, the first song I heard was BTIKM! the first time I have heard it on a radio, and have been wondering how it would fit into the rest of what was being played. It was a really good fit! Smile

    Of course, I will never hear it here now that I am home. Sigh.

    This reminds me… I was really excited at first because our Chicago Mix station 101.9 was playing BTIKM, but only during this weeknight request show that runs from 8-12 daily M-F. They never play it at any other time, day, night or overnight. It’s still good because it’s playing 2-3 times an evening there, and they are so slow to play songs that it’s probably doing better being played on this listener request show than it would be were they selecting all of their songs to broadcast. Anyway, I happened to remember that during the WWFM era, a lady I worked with, who was a Kris fan but probably got sick of hearing me complain that I wasn’t hearing Adam anywhere except on my own stereo and Ipod, begrudgingly shared with me that there was another Chicago area station, Star 96.7, that was playing WWFM on regular rotation. Soooo, remembering this, I checked it out today, and, sure enough, they played BTIKM several times yesterday, both daytime and nighttime hours. I haven’t gotten a chance to check out today or weekdays (I saw that it had played once today around lunchtime somewhere, but was on the way out the door and didn’t delve further), but I’m thrilled that it’s being played somewhere I might hear it! It’s so funny because I grew up in central Illinois and always thought Chicago was this hot, contemporary city. LOL! It’s actually more conservative and backwards in some ways than the little liberal arts college town in which I grew up! Anyway, I’m happy for these little victories!

    I actually follow Miss Saana on twitter. She doesn’t tweet much and most times it’s about her art, pets or her music. I thought it would be nice if Adam tours in Finland again it would be nice for her to open for him. I watched some of her performances on videos and she’s good. Her art isn’t my style but she must sell it. I believe she was with the group in Finland the night of the unfortunate episode between Adam and Sauli. Hope those trying to win radio station tickets have the same luck Nkd. did.

    Texas is coming to Houston tomorrow. We are treating ourselves to a hotel for Monday night, then we meet Adam on Tuesday!
    We are to be at the radio station at 11:45am CT. I assume Adam is probably expected about 1:00, but not sure on that! He’ll probably be late!
