With the great news in March, April will be a time to settle in and prepare for the Queen + Adam Lambert tour ahead. We still have one more episode of Glee on April 1st and that will be it for Adam on Season 5. Now it’s back to making new music in Sweden and rehearsing classic Queen songs most likely in England. Lots of work to do before they hit the stage in Chicago on June 19th!

    Part of a Review:

    This club ambiance is trying too hard to not try hard which makes this a popular LA riddle…..

    Enter a foggy scene that’s designed like a large living room resembling an underground speakeasy/alternative/punk club with a dark stage in the front, leather couches on every wall/corner, and people hanging around like wombats.

    The music is great, usually a mix of 80’s, 90’s, and alternative….however, the fact that the dancefloor is cluttered with couches doesn’t make “busting a move” possible.

    Sounds like a winner. Sounds like a lot of networking going on there, and who’s who?

    Not sure about that semi precious weapons vid…the song is OK, nothing special. The video was a bit strange, but it kept me watching till the end to see what would happen. I suppose the moral being, we never know what goes on behind closed doors in the seemingly perfect family. Not one I’ll be watching again and again though.

    In the past there was a question whether the Worldwide Music awards were legit but they seem to be now. But there has to be 100 nominees for male artist! Glamberts gotta get on this!

    ulti – by “before it all happened” are you referring to the tattoos? LOL
    It seems that now when I watch old videos, the first thing I notice is his arms if he’s wearing short or no sleeves. I don’t think the tattoos bothered me until he got the sleeve done and then I got really worried when it sounded like he might get the other sleeve done – NOOOOOOO!!!
    Sounds silly but it’s the only thing that I’m upset about in his relationship with Sauli. Funny, I don’t mind the tattoos on Sauli. I think part of the reason is that Sauli had tattoos when we first “met” him. Maybe I’d feel differently if I had seen him without tattoos!

    Just a guess but the Wicked video ulti posted pre-dates Idol, which is before “it all happened.” Also, Adam announced well before he met Sauli that he intended to work up to a full sleeve eventually. Plenty of his friends have had full sleeve tattoos for years, including Meaghan on Idol8 and TJR. It is also a “rock” thing.

    I wish he would keep tattoos to a dull roar too (certainly wouldn’t cry if spewing man disappeared) but it is the fashion and Adam is definitely a man of his times.

    TLKC – I was kidding about the before tattoos (hence the LOL). Thanks for the info about Adam wanting the full sleeve before Sauli. I didn’t know that and it makes me feel better to know that Adam thought about this for a long time before he did it. Has he said whether he plans on getting the other arm done?

    808Glam Not sure if you still lurk here….but I was listening to Pua Hone by the Cazimero’s and thought I wonder what Adam would sound like on the upper harmony part, especially towards the end of the song. I would never suggest that he get into Hawaiian music, but just for grins it would be interesting to hear his ethereal voice on that song.
