Mieps – I haven’t gotten my Sonisphere email yet either. They said the emails would be issued on Monday, and the end of their workday is fast approaching, so I hope it comes soon.
Between the Queen fansite, Adam fansite, Sonisphere ticket holders, and scalpers (and idiots who post the pre-sale links online), I’m getting nervous for how quickly these shows might sell out. It’s not a very big venue. Gah – I can already feel the stress building – in fact, it feels a lot like when we were trying to get tickets for GNT. Remember that??

I know, it feels exactly like that! And I soooooo don’t want to buy scalper tickets. Not necessarily for the money (although that certainly plays a role), but out of principle. So, if I can’t get tickets, I will hope there are fans that bought extra’s but don’t need them.

Aw poop. I would have preferred to go to the FM Kirby Center rather than the Philly Springle thing. First GN show was there. Much easier to navigate a small town like Wilkes Barre than Philadelphia. If I didn’t have to work the next day I’d go to this one too.

What I came here for was to thank everyone for their TH&P! The surgery went very well, took longer than expected, but surgeon is very pleased. Wants drug therapy to follow, but that is another doctor (of course. Nothing could be easy in US medical care). Everyone is thrilled – sending texts to the grandchildren – and nothing scary was discovered during surgery. Tremendous relief! The power of HT&P! Love you all for the kindness and posts. It meant a great deal. Mwah!
And then I see…snippets! …what has been hidden is now revealed! So I listened. You know that I don’t fall easily or casually into the glitter.

If this album isn’t a hit, Adam needs to give up on the United States. It’s all there. The voice. The music. The production. The dance numbers. Pop. Aching acoustic. And all of it breathtaking and better than anything out there. Bruno? Don’t need no f*cking Bruno. Our boy is better, and he just proved it.
And if this is snippets on a computer, the real deal on real speakers will be…well…Ded. Thud. Pregnant. Whatever, all the exclamations from his past shows and more. I hated FYE. Haven’t liked much of anything from Adam except the live performances.
But I want a sound chip of this album to be surgically inserted into my brain so that it is there all the time.
As it will be, anyway, because I will listen to this album so often that my synapses will reconfigure themselves into Adamapses.

luval, I love every single one of them. I don’t even have a favorite. It keeps changing. I would say that NCOE is my least favorite, but his voice makes the stupid Bruno song worth listening to.

So what is it that we are thinking about going to?
The snippets are from Australia iTunes where I guess NCOE went on sale today with the album presale.
I heard Underneath first and it LITERALLY took my breath away (I am not kidding or exagerating). I love all of them, he has done an amazing job truly, and that little humble “I think it’s pretty good” from one of the radio promos is just heartbreaking. I think he broke the bank!
Granted, some songs are pretty unusual and may need more listens to really grab me, or maybe just hearing the entire song will do it. Like NCOE, those embellishments and harmonies he did in the last chorus are just stunning.
He really is a genius and too beautiful for words.
OMG, this came as an unsuspected surprise.
This all sounds mighty good to me.
So far, I’m loving (of the new ones) Shady, Kickin’in (from the light side), and UNDERNEATH!!!, and Chokehold!!! from the dark side.
I am really excited for this. Great job, Adam. Now I need to listen a couple more times.
Ha Thanks everyone for the snippets, LOVE THEM, LOVE ADAM! I still really love Chokehold a lot, love the rest too, I cant wait till the first listen from everyone and we can disect them, lol. On a side note I listened to Beibers Boyfriend this morning, WTF was that? Whales screaming in the background and his voice? WTF, and he has over 14,000,000 hits on UTube . Man, Adams voice and his songs beat that crap over and over, and I happened to watch his interview with Seacrest, the boy cant even speak.
But anyhow, I loved hearing Cuckoo too, and Underneath, I dont think I can take the whole song. This is exciting!

Heard the snippets and wow, love Underneath and Shady. I can’t tell you how many times I have listened to those two. Underneath just beautiful and haunting. Shady is so much fun and funky and I can’t stop listening to it. I can’t wait for the album, it’s so much better than the FYE.
Oh my gosh!!! Can’t believe how amazing and fierce each and every one of these songs are. I couldn’t pick a favorite if I tried. Each one is so rich with its own distinctive style and layer upon layer of Adam’s heart and soul. You can almost taste the careful attention to each and every detail. Can’t wait to get this in my greedy little hands – and yes, Adam, Shady is so very stanky!!!
This is the best news to come home to, Kradamour! I’m so happy right along with you that your mom’s surgery went well today. Now I am sending loving and healing thoughts your way as she recuperates.
