Adamland and eywflyer may be familiar usernames to you from the Glam Nation Tour concert threads that appeared regularly on mjsbigblog last year, and we decided to create a site dedicated to Adam Lambert concert info. This site will provide information on Adam’s upcoming tour, ticket sales, and when the time comes, concert threads for each tour date. We are looking forward to lots of fun during Adam’s second tour!

We are now less than 12 hours away from Adam’s first concert in over 5 months! Watch for the live concert thread late tonight/very early Saturday morning, depending on your time zone.

Schedule for the Maxidrom 2011 event in Moscow on Saturday (translated link):
Adam is slated to perform between 130 PM and 300 PM Saturday afternoon Moscow time. This translates to the following times in the U.S., very early on Saturday morning:
530-700 AM EDT
430-600 AM CDT
330-500 AM MDT
230-400 AM PDT
We will have a live thread available for that concert, starting an hour or two before Adam goes on stage and continuing through Saturday.

Simple, not too big, artful, cool. I like it. I braced myself before I opened the link for something huge and complicated. LOL I was relieved to see this; I like the size and simplicity of it. I was actually surprised that it wasn’t bigger and more complicated, from the way he has talked about a sleeve. I wonder what the skeleton key symbolizes to him? I hope he tells us.
Is this what he talked with you about at your M&G, mils? I wonder, if he is going to get a sleeve, if he’s going to build it slowly one piece at a time.
Funny how he dropped this on us in the middle of the night — about 3:00 am Pacific time. (Yeah I know, I should be asleep right now).

Having said that, this is exceptional quality and fits well with the other two – the quality contrast is striking, though – Adam couldn’t afford the best for the first ones.
I appreciate the significance of a skeleton key that unlocks everything – but I wish it was smaller. Looks like his entire forearm.
But (thinking positively) this symbol will make an awesome pendant! Didn’t see myself wearing an eye of horus or an infinity symbol, but I can def get on board for a key.
I like the tattoo’s he has so far,but a lot of people don’t think about what a tattoo’s gonna look like in 20 year’s or so,but we have to remember it’s his body to do with as he please’s,not our’s.(I wish)

I spent half the night
drooling overlooking at those pictures.These two drawings appear to be what inspired the key tattoo. You can see a key with the exact same design embedded in the lower center of each drawing. Note that the top of the key is shaped like a skull. Very Adam.

I saw the picture of the instalation work of the stage. Wow, that’s one big stage.

On the totally shallow and nosy note, I wonder how much is he being paid for this gig?
I believe that Adam’s set starts at 1:30PM Moscow time, which is 5:30AM EST. Yuck.
Here’s a link to the MAXIDROM website (English Google translation). If each act does a full set, wouldn’t it be longer than half an hour. They say it is 8 hours of continuous music but 6 acts at 30 minutes each does not make for 8 hours of music. Maybe it’s something in the translation. It’s a long way to go to play just a short set (pay must be good though and all the caviar they can eat – back to food just for Cher!).

AL, each act is 1.5 hours apart, so I believe that each set lasts at least 1 hour. I understand that they are building TWO stages to allow for almost continuous music.
That sounds more reasonable. The “half hour” came from the google translation so is most likely not correct. We know that the restaurant at Spa Watel serves “tea or coffee and tea” – right Ron?!

I can’t tell you how much I’m looking forward to the rest of this afternoon. Such fun, such fun! Leaving now for an Echo Cardiograph. I don’t think it’s normal to have swollen ankles and feet (Edema) for a solid year! Stomach, pelvis and legs showed no abnormalities so now we’ll find out if my heart is the culprit.
I’ve always felt my heart was in the right place. I just hope they can find it.

James has Aspbergers and Tourettes. One of my dearest friends and her son have Aspbergers. Aspies have NO filter, arrogance is not in their makeup. PC is not possible. Humble is not possible. He is a person with a high functioning aspect of autism. Childlike enthusiasm is normal. This kid, and he is and always will be a kid in many ways, has been bullied, taunted, and beaten up his whole life. How wonderful adults are doing the same thing minus the actual beating. It would be nice if compassion was extended to all not just some. Adam does not have the conditions that James does and hasn’t had to struggle with to integrate into society with on some level. It is a daily struggle for Aspies to try to remember social norms.
No, Adam didn’t have to struggle. He was welcomed into society with an open arms.
We all have our problems in life. Sometimes we don’t talk about them. Many of us have been bullied and taunted for absolutely nothing. Sorry I don’t give Durbin a pass on this one. I have seen him in many interviews lately and he is intelligent and thoughtful. IMO not this time. This was yesterday. It’s over and done with.
Re James (caveat: I have not watched AI, this is just a general statement based upon life experience and teaching a number of students in HS with various social disorders):
I think that when a person with disabilities such as Aspergers enters into competition or any life situation that will include being evaluated formally or informally, it is fair for them to be evaluated by the same standards as would be used for anyone else. Not more critically, but not less critically.

My last word on the subject but I’m with Adamland. You’d think Randy Travis would be a fan of Scotty or Lauren, but in fact he is a fan of James. The article was posted on another MJ thread. I just thought of his reaction to Adam, he didn’t get the nailpolish, makeup and how he changed up Ring of Fire. He did say Adam was a good singer, but the look on his face said it all. Glad Adam won that round.

I’m more or less neutral when it comes to James, but IMHO this whole Adam vs. James issue is not particularly helpful to either one of them, and I hope they will both just let it go.
This is not directed at any particular person, and there is no intent to shut down debate or stifle opinions, but I do think that we’ve all had a chance to express our opinions on James, and it would be best to move on now.
The procedure was smooth and went very well, grandbotgram. Might get the results as early as tomorrow. Thank you for asking.
As far as applying “wallpaper” to you PC, see if this works.
First, save the picture of Adam. Then in Windows Explorer, click on the Start button in the lower left hand corner of your monitor. Click on “Control Panel”. Find “Display”. Click on the tab “Desktop”. Now click on browse and go to the folder where you’ve saved the Adam photo. Click on the photo, then click on “Apply” and it should appear on your PC monitor.
