Adamland and eywflyer may be familiar usernames to you from the Glam Nation Tour concert threads that appeared regularly on mjsbigblog last year, and we decided to create a site dedicated to Adam Lambert concert info. This site will provide information on Adam’s upcoming tour, ticket sales, and when the time comes, concert threads for each tour date. We are looking forward to lots of fun during Adam’s second tour!

We are now less than 12 hours away from Adam’s first concert in over 5 months! Watch for the live concert thread late tonight/very early Saturday morning, depending on your time zone.

Schedule for the Maxidrom 2011 event in Moscow on Saturday (translated link):
Adam is slated to perform between 130 PM and 300 PM Saturday afternoon Moscow time. This translates to the following times in the U.S., very early on Saturday morning:
530-700 AM EDT
430-600 AM CDT
330-500 AM MDT
230-400 AM PDT
We will have a live thread available for that concert, starting an hour or two before Adam goes on stage and continuing through Saturday.

madnessinmotion…Was just about to hit the keyboard when I read your post and ITA!!! Everything you said is what I thought. If it is true (any problems between them), I feel it’s something to do with Adam going in a different direction with his music. I’m sure TPTB have musicicians, band, etc in mind that may not include Monte. I always thought it was odd that Monte had to go online and ask for money for support of his music. And perhaps Monte was not asked to go to Moscow or Quebec where he could possibly have made a little money…even for a one-night show. Unfortunately in life business can get in the way of friendships.
But, hey, maybe this is all bull. But sometimes when Adam doesn’t tweet something to dispel a rumor it ends up being true.

I find Lisa’s tweets quite unnecessary, she shouldn’t vent out her frustration in public, it might hurt her husband’s career in the future..
And it would be a shame if Adam and Monte part their ways..

Agree that Lisa runs risk of hurting Monte’s career. Loose lips sink ships and careers. But she is who she is, and once upon a time she had a career of her own. There may be an element of vicarious living and/or frustration there, too. Sometimes seems like it.
And I thought it was always clear that “Adam’s band” came together only for glamnation tour (and even for that there was some flux in the participants, because each of them also have independent careers with other bands and alone, i.e. yellowcard). I never had the sense that they would make music together; they were the stage performers for Adam’s music created elsewhere. Adam is a solo artist. I think what confuses some peeps is that he and Monte made music together prior to Idol, but Adam has always been up front about Citizen Vein not being where he is now.
luval, ITA with your post, too. And the reverse is true: friendship can get in the way of business, and Adam seems to be too savvy to let that happen. His true friends will understand.

I’ll just say again, I’m not a fan of blond Adam. But I’ll love him regardless of the hair color he presents to the world. It’s his world, we’re just living in it!

As far as Adams hair and going blond, do you know how hard it will be to bleach all that black out of his hair, and wind up with it possibly looking green. Unless he is cutting it real short, spikey most likely. It sounds like he is going to copy Sauli, and I dont think its a good think. I agree his hair looked beautiful at that Prince concert, I hope he is thinking straight, It sounds like he has a couple of things going on that doesnt sound like him. I dont go on twitter, but I hope he straightens it all out, and you guys report it back here.
You know how we all worry about him. And good luck to Haley tonite, I hope she hits it out of the park, I really dont want her to go home.
Re the drastic hair change: it can be done. My son’s girlfriend some years back had naturally blonde hair – not palest blonde, but definitely a light natural blonde, thick like Adam’s and past her shoulders. She decided on a whim to go black, just before she left for college. OMG. It was a nightmare/catastrophe/whatever and she was in tears. A girl with confidence issues, and going off to college looking like…well…ugh.
So I waved my magic wand (and my checkbook) at my hairstylist and
askedbegged her to do her magic. It took 5 hours, and three of the best stylists in Norfolk in collaboration, and a big chunk out of my bank account, but turned out gorgeous. I assume that Adam would go to someone at least as talented as I found down here in podunkville. So no worries!HAPPY 29th BIRTHDAY, MILS!!!

Kradamour, re: people friending you on Adam’s site- apparently you earn ‘points’ for each friend you make, and these points can add up to the point where you can exchange them for special offerings ( like signed photos etc) in the fan site gift shop.
I don’t think the people that ‘friend’ you have any special access to you that other people don’t , so it doesn’t make any difference if you accept them or not.
Also, a leeeetle worried about Adam’s hair, but what can we do? The moment he opens his mouth to sing, I’ll love him unreservedly.
I sincerely hope there is nothing between him and Monte, however it seems Tommy and the dancers are fine with Adam and expecting nothing. Did Lisa think that Adam could make Monte famous and successful? How? Wasn’t it enough that GN/Adam fans contributed to Monte’s album production? Because, if not for Adam and GN, would we know about Monte? I think Adam did more promoting on his tour of everyone on stage than ANY other artist I have ever seen. Maybe he will have an orchestra with violins, etc. on the new album…..or maybe, as she said in her tweet, it wasn’t about “his majesty.” ??????
Did Lisa really call Adam “his majesty”! How could she? Maybe “his highness”, or “head bitch in charge”, or “alien from planet fierce”, or how about as we know it, one of the nicest people around, anyhow something pissed her off, but she should let the boys work it out, I am sure they will never be seperated, they have been friends too long. And try staying at home with 4 little ones, I know I would be sitting there with my fingers in my ears going, Lalalalala!!!!!!!!!!!
Just discovered the link posted on MJ’s. I am normally strictly a lurker, but since I was having serious withdrawal symptons from everyone disappearing, it was a great relief to find you all hear. I just wanted to thank everyone responsible for setting up this site so we would continue to have a place to come regarding Adam and his tours.
I only hope that since this is strictly Adam-based it doesn’t become too much like all the other Adam fansites out there, as I generally tend to avoid those, they are just too much OTT flailing for me. That is why I stuck with MJ’s so long. But without the Adam threads during concerts, MJ’s loses a bit of it’s charm. I look forward to lurking here, and might even occasionally post.

Well the music biz sure is up in the air. If you are an amazing guitar player it doesn’t mean squat if you don’t have a place to play and make money. It almost seems like you’d have to get a job on AI or the Voice or some other show that has a live house band to keep your head above water. I think I would see Monte if he was within an hour from where I am but no further. I’m sure there will be many many glamberts there.
As someone said earlier, Adam is a solo act. His rock band has changed members a couple of times. And he really doesn’t have a band now. Adam wants to keep moving forward. Honestly, I’m sure he’d help out anyone if they needed it…which doesn’t necessarily mean going to a person’s gig.

Monte is well known in the music industry and is well respected and is and has been Madonna’s lead guitarist for her tours for quite a while. When he hinted he would be joining Adam for album promotions and after musicians all said he gave Adam music cred. I’ve known about Monte for years. But musicians don’t have a steady income unless touring so Monte like many others work with other people or do solo work like he is doing now.

She couldn’t believe it and was speechless. That must have been difficult since that is not like her at all!
bitchdiscuss the bad day she was having at work. Our exchange went back and forth and somehow we got on to the topic of Adam Lambert – go figure!Well, as she tells it, she and her husband were the last ones boarding their flight returning from their honeymoon. So they quickly got in their seats for the short one hour island-hopping flight from Bora Bora to Tahiti. She was trying to read a book but instead ended up laughing the whole time while eavesdropping on the two guys behind her. It seems their silly talk was amusing and she was unable to concentrate on her book. She mentioned that hearing two guys converse like she does with her BFFs made her “giggle”. Well, the flight ended and she got up and checked out who was behind her – Adam and Sauli!
I can’t believe it took this long for her to tell me!

And to add, by the end of our e-mail exchange, she forgot all about the crappy day she was having thanks to Adam!

Just getting caught up – I read the posts/tweets about Adam/Monte/Lisa/etc and just want to add my two cents. In my opinion, what Adam, Monte, Lisa, et al. do in their private lives is their business – I’m just here for the music ☺. Yes, they are celebrities, but they are also real people, with real lives, their own friends and families. And with social media, when they say anything, we, as observers, make our own assumptions about what it means. I choose to believe that the friendship between Adam, Monte and Lisa remains as strong as ever. And, personally, I think we should tackle the major issues – like, is Adam planning to bleach his hair or not – LOL!!!
My thoughts exactly – put a smile on my face. That’s why I felt comfortable about sharing.

Suz526 I so agree with everything you said about Adam/Monte/Lisa. They face challenges that we can’t even comprehend. Their every move, word, friendship, tweet is seen by so many thousands of people. I don’t know if I could hold up under that pressure. We, as fans, need to be supportive and give them the space to work things out. IMHO
Great story, AL. I am glad nobody “discovered” them and ruined their private time. Those are special times for them. Most of us would recognize Adam’s voice/laugh and Sauli’s super-cute accent in no time. I want to think I would have the will power to keep quiet at least until the plane landed (although my ears would probably be falling off from all the eavesdropping).

I am really pretty reserved and would have had to work up a lot of courage to say anything to him. But my ears would have def been perked, telling myself it’s not nice to eavesdrop!

Doesn’t anyone remember Lisa’s rant about Monte being an absent parent when he was on tour? She just needs to vent once in a while.
(nods) Yes, and that is why I said above that it might be a good thing that her twitter account is closed! Twitter is not the best place to vent, when Adam has a million followers…Lisariffic was likely on the twitter feeds of a good percentage of that million.
I think Monte handled it really well with his tweets today. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him, and it is obvious that Adam does, too.
Good job, Monte. He has loyalties towards Adam, but even more towards his family. Fans should stay out of their private lives. Lisa probably long regretted this whole thing anyway. Just let it go.
Glad to see whatever was going on has blown over and Monte and Adam can get back to what they love, which is making great music. I can’t wait to see what they come up with when they perform in Russia.

Y’know, cossack pants would be totally appropriate in Russia, home of the Cossacks. Just wanted to point that out. And Adam seems to have cossack pants on his twitter mind, so perhaps we will see a very interesting new stage costume.
