I am a Pisces and love the Virgos the same way you love them. I have best friends and people whom I admire are Virgos. In fact, I have 3 best friends who share the same birthday as kradamour. That’s why I always remember her birthday.
Isn’t it something? I know 4 people from 4 different places and background share the same birthday and have my love and respect.
But I haven’t met anybody else whose birthday is January 28, who gets my obsession!

Thanks HKFan and ulti for the Simon Cowell interview. Love it. I’m glad I started to watch Idol on Season 8.
This Simon Cowell interview gives me a flashback.
I lived overseas back then. I wasn’t interested in watching AIdol. It was on cable TV and a few seasons behind. Later on, the TV station tried to catch up to get to the current season.
It meant to be!!! 
I was lurking at an Il Divo fansite and they were talking and debating about the two Davids from Idols season 7.
Finally my MB4 station caught up with Idol season 8, to televise only 2 days behind. That’s when I started to watch Idol and the rest is history.

glambotgram, love the calendar idea. Do we all have to decide on the same 12? Though I am a Virgo by birth I really feel much more like a water sign. Oh well, no matter what, it is wonderful to share my sign with so many wonderful folks.

Thank you HKFan for posting Simon’s interview. It seem crazy now that he was so sure it would be down to an Adam and Danny finale with Danny winning. I think he may have been right though if Danny hadn’t screwed up Rock week so badly and Kris hadn’t done so well in the last five or so weeks towards the finale.

Trouble is, I spent half an hour with those beauties before narrowing my choices, hard as it was, to the best 28! But in the end, here are the ones I love (mlg, you are a genius), maybe just a little more than the others for various reasons: 1 (just ’cause it was the first, maybe?)2, 3, 6, 7(my only show), 8, 11, 14,17(!), 19, 26, 29, 35. You know what? Any group of 13 chosen from this field would make a terrific calendar.
Oh, and I’m a water sign, adamized (Scorpio), but sometimes feel a little earthy, so there you go…
Really like Kris and his music, but a Kris/Danny finale? That would’ve been painful since everyone knew Adam was the best, including the judges. One depressing Finale for sure. Horrible thought, actually.

Its great to find something that many of us hadn’t seen yet…..I thought maybe it was just me, as I didn’t get into following Adam on the internet until towards the end of the Idol tour….still haven’t seen many of those vids!!
re Simon Cowell wanting Danny and Adam in the final….ultimately having Adam and Kris as the final 2 still gave it the final outcome, the 55-45 Simon predicted, the voters still went for the safe, boy next door American boy.
I’m not so sure that it was that Kris did better in the last few weeks, more that, people began to realise what a douche Danny was….
Nice mention of Adam on the Oz X factor…..that guy had a pretty good voice.

Was the idea of putting together this calendar something that was brewing in the back of your mind for a while or did it just pop into your head out of the blue?
You don’t need my input with the photos because I have complete faith in everyone else’s tastes and opinions.
I know the end result is going to be wonderful and something we’ll all be happy to have on our walls or, in my case, on my refrigerator.
I am partial to #’s 6 and 14, though.

Loved the old interview with Simon, he was spot on about Adam being a star. Also the shopping one was cute. Then, read the USAToday one about 3 days, 3 Idols. WHO KNEW Adam had so much trouble recording “One” and that he’s not such a fan of U2? It’s so beautiful, one of my fave studio recordings, and much better and more heartfelt than the original.

I don’t think that Barbra Streisand has ever gone on one of the talk shows (that she is loathe to do) to promote an upcoming CD release! She didn’t have to – her albums always went to #1 or were instant best sellers.
I saw a comment on Barbra’s official website from 2 years ago asking her if she would consider singing a duet with Adam Lambert.

It’s been kind of a dream of mine that Barbra would ask Adam to do a duet with her but comments on other sites, with my same idea, have been very negative. Not nasty just people who like both of them but don’t think that it’s a good idea.

The star sign conversations are interesting. I had great fun explaining to people the significance of the Queen logo. The two lions for Brian and Roger, the crab for John and two fairies for Freddie who was a Gemini…That part always got an Ooooh! and then a chuckle. I am a Pisces and have always felt drawn to the sea, I seem to generally fit right into the Pisces character
