I think a lot of people have missed the point of the purges. It wasn’t to find non-citizens or illegal aliens. There has been a lot of voter fraud here in Florida. We get a lot of “snowbirds” who maintain residency in two states–who will vote absentee ballots in one state while casting a ballot in the other. I’m sure we also have our share of felons and dead people voting. My mother spent time in a nursing home after her stroke, and when I went to get an absentee ballot for her (only family or someone with power of attorney could get one) I found out she had already voted. They didn’t know who got the ballot, or who helped her mark it (she couldn’t write after her stroke). The last I’d heard, there were a lot of people purged off the voter rolls. It would have gone a lot quicker and smoother if the Federal government would have cooperated in providing the information the state asked for.
The Voice is ridiculous….it’s all about the judges. Bigger than ever before. Hell’s Kitchen here I come.
I’m still hoping for Adam as judge, purely for selfish reasons. I don’t care one way or another about Randy, but I think I’d prefer him over Inglesias. Enrique is eye candy for sure, but I’d rather look at pix than watch him try to be articulate on Idol.

For some reason I get emails from GQ – did I subscribe at one time? Can’t remember. Anyhow they have news about Fashion Week and some of the offerings. For the boy I saw a white denim jacket that was terrific and a darkish blue suit, with a pale blue shirt, and a teal tie – perfecto!
Looking forward to what he’ll wear and what he can’t resist buying. So much fun.

Kradamour, Randy played bass with Journey, recorded with and toured with them. He has performed, produced and recorded with many big name groups, from Celine Dion to Springsteen to Aretha Franklin to Whitney Houston. He is a producer and manager, of many, most importantly, Mariah Carey. And Alisan Porter too.

I just sincerely hope he’s out. He may be a great producer, manager, and have a great history of recording and performing, but, I’m soooooo over him as a judge.
Haha, Kradamour! Check out Randy’s Wikipedia (Music Career section). He has plenty of credibility for the position of Judge or Mentor–maybe more for Mentor. I was actually surprised at the list of folks he has worked with, although I was aware of quite a few of them.
