    loveroftalent, I can say that this group of Adam fans is the best! I was so nervous anticipating meeting so many in Ste Agathe, but I have never felt more comfortable with a group of people. Adam fans are great!
    And if you’ve met Ron, then you’ve met the best!

    nkd, I’m so glad that you got to see cher again! Nice surprise! I’m getting together with her and riskylady, suz526 and others on the 17th of this month here in Orlando for the SYTYCD tour. I can’t wait.

    I know that I’m late in saying this but today was a great day in my Adam world. When I went online and saw Sauli’s blog had come out, I was so excited to see that he had included pics of Adam in there. I know that they must have gone over some of their pictures and selected these more “decent” ones but I will take anything at this point. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend for him! Yay!

    Just going back to the Cheeks/Adam relationship for a moment, I also had read that Adam broke it off due to Cheek’s cheating on him. Never got any more detail on it but my heart did feel heavy for Adam then because he seemed to be really broken up over it and I’m sure he felt betrayed by him. I agree that whenever I heard Sleepwalker at the concerts, I always felt that he was remembering back to the pain that he felt at the end of their relationship. I’m just so thrilled for him now. He and Sauli seem so happy together and very compatible so I hope that it does last between them. It will be tough once Adam’s promoting and touring starts but I think they will work it out. Sauli seems to be totally smitten by Adam (and who wouldn’t be!). He is just too cute for words!

    Yes, it was such nice conversation and it felt so natural to be taking to you even though we had just actually met that evening. I still can’t get over the fact that everyone here is so open and accepting. And yes, thanks again jlurksacto for a wonderful meal!

    Thanks regarding the show on the 17th. It will be great because then again, the company is what helps to make the night. Smile

    I felt as though we had shared a long time friendship even though we just met that evening. That’s owing in large part to your inviting and friendly personality.

    Flooding so heavy couldn’t get north to home from the Solomons last night – tried a couple of detours but nothing worked. Just got home this morning – drove west over bridge to another peninsula and then north – basement not too bad. Still raining – time to build an Ark?

    Adam and monogamy – remember his saying that he’s “white bread” – seems to be the case.

    Don’t think I’ve ever seen two people so happy together – really great. Adam happy – me/us happy.

    Hello, just dropping in to say hi! Haven’t been by in a long while but I will treasure every moment of our Ste-Agathe adventure. It was so nice to get to know Floridagirl while we waited for the concert to begin and meeting NKD and her daughter at our opening night dinner was wonderful. Not to mention all the quality time I got to spend with Ron, luval and jlurksacto. (I will always treasure luval’s Rabbit Hole picture of us.)

    Have been following BM and actually watched the live feed for quite a while – even the long distance panning shots were mesmerizing for some reason. Great to have some pictures and Sauli’s little report on the whole thing.

    Missing you guys!

    From what we have seen, cocoglam, I just assume that they grew apart. Eber is snarky and brilliant and very interested in politics and literature and seems a very typical “bourgeois bohemian”; Leila is more organic and outgoing. They come together so amicably for Adam’s events that they seem to have parted friends. Adam is very fortunate that his family separated but didn’t splinter.

    Hi TLKC…great to see a post from you and loved our little bit of “alone” time with Ron and jlurksacto in the bar at Spa Watel. It was so comfortable and serene after the wild wonderful concert and the torrential storm! Luv ya! (oops maybe this should have gone on the Ste. Agathe thread).

    And hello to everyone else too! Had the day off today with a million things to do (after my diner breakfast, of course). Wonder if FYE..the album is still selling anywhere in the world? Would really like to see it get to 1,000,000 in the U.S. Not sure why I brought this up but I want him to go platinum in the U.S. now!!!

    Hi luval! I need to buy myself another FYE, since I gave my last copy to the girl at work. So I’ll add at least 1 more to the total! I would love to see it go platinum also. I’m hoping FYE sales will increase after the release of album 2, if sales go well for it.

    haha nkd…I remember your post about you giving away your FYE cd and wondered if you were going to replace it. I think you can really get it cheap now. Maybe I’ll look for it too. But I always wonder whether it’s officially counted from a discount store. I guess it should be if they have that scanner.

    eta…still deciding whether to buy the peace pendant. Sales aren’t really that great and I think we know why. Pennyroyal has some wonderful items that I would buy…wish any of them could be counted even just a tiny bit…toward the goal.

    IKR? I would buy the fleur de lys earrings in a heartbeat. Probably will anyway but want to see if they will “count” first.
    Had to go to WalMart for something (ugh, but only place I could find it) and had to pass through the teen dept, it was FILLED with peace symbols (jewelry, tshirts, handbags, nightgowns!), ditto Forever 21 in the mall window, Busch Gardens gift shop, they’re just everywhere. I think I would be embarrassed to wear it and that is too much to spend for something I would keep in a drawer. Adam should have listened to Tim at PennyRoyal who had misgivings. Let the professionals do what the professionals do, Adam! Frown

    You know Kradamour, I will as likely wear this as I would the eye of Horus or the infinity symbol, which is why I didn’t buy them. But now I wish I had! So I decided that I wouldn’t have regrets this time. I ordered the silver on the leather cord, and I think I might wear it with a v-neck tee and jeans. Smile

    btw I want to clarify…about the Pennyroyal thing…isn’t it only about a week left in the campaign? If they do extend, it might help with sales but if I do go ahead and purchase the pendant, it will be at the very last minute!

    Along with all of Adam’s other amazing attributes, he is such an incredible listener. In the vid, he seems to be taking in every single word that is coming from Jonny Cota, never losing eye contact. This is a fun “interview” to watch because these guys are obviously friends and seem very comfortable with each other.
    I want more!

    Loved that vid dcglam! Adam is pretty clear about needing to move to large venues for more opportunities, even though there is more inspiration/growth in the smaller venues. He must have been listening to our thread conversations lol!

    nkd, dcglam, ultimathule, I totally agree with you on the MTV video. Adam looks extra hot and I just love when he talks in an interview. So focused and intelligent! I could listen to him all day. I wasn’t sure if this was just a European show so I checked my cable and no luck! Silly stuff like Jersey Shore is on then instead. Guess youtube will be the only way to catch it.

    TLKC, it was great meeting you too! How’d all of your photos come out? I can’t wait until we can all do it again with the next tour! Saving my pennies now!

    Also to all who are dealing with the flooding, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Darn Mother Nature is not always kind. Frown

    Kradamour, I agree with your comment about the larger venues for Adam but will be sad then as I’ll probably end up all the way on top in some arena. Gotta see those beautiful eyes close up like in St. Agathe. That was my best day ever!

    Hi everyone, I am on the 5 hr train ride back from Montreal to Toronto on the Canadian leg of my North American trip and have time to catch up on my blog reading. The whole time in Montreal I was thinking of your adventures there and wishing that I could have made it a couple of months ago (not that I didn’t have a good visit now). I went to the fantastic Jean Paul Gautier exhibit, and of course couldn’t stop thinking of Adam visiting it, too (and Gaga wearing the clothes). Next week I will be in Orlando with Cher, Riskylady, Suz, Floridagirl, and the others. CAN’T WAIT!!!!

    It would be too much of a coincidence if you’ll be staying at the Delta Chelsea Inn in downtown Toronto. TLKC, Milkywayfairy, Northern Spirit, KKD and I are going there tomorrow evening to join members of the local Toronto Adam Fan Club. We’re getting together at Monarch’s, the Bar/Pub in the hotel’s lobby, where we celebrated Adam’s birthday last January. If you’re free, you’re more than welcome to join us!

    Not sure what time we’ll be there but I would think somewhere around 8:00pm.

    Was at work the other day talking to this doctor who knows about my Adam obsession. This doc has very thick untamed hair. He had it slicked back like our boy and I thought I’d show him a picture of Adam…the one from the top of this thread…to show him the similarity in the hair.

    There was silence for a moment and then he said “Well there’s no way I will ever wear man-scara.” I said “you mean guy liner?” lol

    I then pulled out the pictures of Adam and Riff…no-makeup on Adam to show him that Adam doesn’t always wear makeup. He thinks I’m a stalker now because I have instant access to a couple of photos. If he only knew… Smile

    dcglam…ya know I did have that photo of Adam Jr. on my iphone but in an instant decided not to haul it out. But the time will come and I will totally “put the freak on” him. He knows about all my travels last year and Quebec and I think he’s jealous. Sometimes when he’s with his team of doctors walking by my desk he’ll say things like “there’s Adam Lambert’s biggest fan…she flew all the way to Paris to see him”. The other docs look clueless.

    luval love your story! I have a very close friend whose husband leaves the room whenever we mention Adam. I’m not sure what his problem is other than he probably thinks this is all so beneath him.

    dcglam I went outside after work and saw an odd glow in the sky. I couldn’t figure out what it was until I saw my shadow. YES!!!! The sun!!!! Hope you had a bit in DC as well.

    luval and dc you’re making me laugh. I was at work the other day, and a new co-worker asked to see pictures of my kids. So, I took out my pics from my purse. And. You guessed it. My M&G photos were on top. My obsession was revealed. She at least knew who he was, asked how I met him, etc.

    Then, I showed her my kids’ pics.

    But, I don’t have a full sized Adam.

    Luval, honestly, how do you even get housework done with him staring at you all day??
