As October begins, Adam has just announced the official radio add date (October 8) for Trespassing, which is the title track and the third U.S. single from his album of the same name. A Trespassing EP with a radio edit and album remixes will also be available on October 16. After limited success for the first two singles from Trespassing, Adam likely needs this third single to be a hit in order to continue onward with the Trespassing era, at least here in the United States.
After an October 13th concert date in Australia, Adam will return to the U.S. for a pair of dates during the second half of the month, on October 17th at the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix, and on October 29th at the Texas Tango radio concert in Grand Prarie. I managed to watch the livestream yesterday in realtime thanks to coralmermaid. It was great, would love to have seen it on my big screen all nice and clear. Thought he did great, his little speaking part didn’t seem quite as dorky in the context of the whole programme
Cuckoo was the perfect song for that setting. I wonder if they were always having the party on the train and then heard that song, or picked Adam and the song and then decided to put it on the train??? I’m loving reading all these numbers.
WWFM was such a big hit, I just don’t understand why BTIKM and NCOE weren’t. I’m sure if they had just got the radio play and adds that WWFM did they would have been as they were playing to the same demographic. I loved both of them…These sales bumps just prove that if people hear his msuic they will buy it.
I don;t get all the ‘he should be on Glee’ comments though, I just can’t imagine him on that show, although I’d love for them to use his music.
He definitely needs to be on tv again though..Does anyone know whether the viewing numbers went up for PLL for this episode?

twilight, LOL, I think that “are you kidding me ” was for real. It didn’t seem scripted. LOL. Even though they were all in rehearsals, hair and makeup together all day, THAT is the unmistakeable response to seeing/hearing/experiencing Adam LIVE.

I saw it when it was released to theatres, luval… I agree, what a tour that would’ve been. I love MJ – he truly was a genius. His “Number 1’s” CD is one I listen to often. I feel so sad for the life he led. Adored by millions yet so alone.
But back to happy thoughts… What a grand day for Adam and his fans!!!!
OMG, they’re buying the videos too! NCOE #119 and WWFM #152 – NCOE had dropped out of the top 200 about a month ago!
AND…..now they’re buying the PLL episode on iTunes and Amazon ($3). Haven’t check the album/songs, but per Twitter still moving. And the Cuckoo video from PLL is on the main page of YouKu, China’s YouTube. Adam’s Weibo followers up to 186k, a gain of 67k since his trip to China.

HK fan, I voted for Trespassing single and NCOE video. I like BTIKM video better, but NCOE seemed to strike a chord with the younger fans and they’ve put it back up on iTunes Top 200.
Thanks riskylady, I’ll do NCOE next time I vote, I did think about voting for that one, as it does seem a bit more pop orientated.
I have a little confession…..I was never really a fan of Michael Jackson. I do like a few of his songs, Earth song is my favourite, although I actually prefer Haley Reinharts version from Iido (that made me laugh when Randy had a go at her for picking an obscure song that week that no one had heard of!!!), but I always found him too weird, and one dimensional, he alwasy looked, sounded and danced the same. I do have a few of his songs on my ipod, but have to be in the right mood to listen to them, I often skip them when they come up on shuffle.
I’ve never been a fan in the sense I am now of Adams before, but as a young girl I was an Elvis fan, even made myself a circle skirt,then a very brief foray into the Bay City Rollers, then early teens it was David Essex posters that graced my walls, late teens it was Paul Young…..

After Thriller, there was a lot of sameness, or so it seemed to me.
But what do you do after Thriller? How do you top it, or even equal it? and everyone was watching, and not all of them in a good way.
I fear that Lady GaGa may be in a similar situation…what can she do after Fame Monster?
So sad that Michael Jackson’s life was such a disaster. Like Elvis’, but even worse. I can barely think of either of them without sorrow. Talent that brought joy to everyone but them.
