As October begins, Adam has just announced the official radio add date (October 8) for Trespassing, which is the title track and the third U.S. single from his album of the same name. A Trespassing EP with a radio edit and album remixes will also be available on October 16. After limited success for the first two singles from Trespassing, Adam likely needs this third single to be a hit in order to continue onward with the Trespassing era, at least here in the United States.
After an October 13th concert date in Australia, Adam will return to the U.S. for a pair of dates during the second half of the month, on October 17th at the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix, and on October 29th at the Texas Tango radio concert in Grand Prarie. Can I dare to say that I really hate those fangs? I didn’t like them last year, either. They do something strange to his beautiful mouth and seem to put a fake, insincere smile on it. It almost ruins his face for me, as if that was possible.
Otherwise, I am so glad for the publicity and the new love that came from his appearance on this show. That little conversation with Aria showed what a nice, caring guy he is, but the smile with the fangs looks so fake, don’t like!

I only liked his Halloween glampire look the first time we saw it. After that, ugh! But he likes it so I guess that’s all that matters!

I’m thinking Sauli will be home for Halloween. He left for Finland on 9/29, I believe, just as Adam was in China, and was supposed to be gone for a month. He’s been very busy too, doing lots of stuff in Finland. I listened to one special Tutka he did with Katri, visiting the BB house, and he said he could never, would never, submit himself to that kind of public scrutiny again. He said he doesn’t even know that Sauli anymore LOL. Such a lovely, open guy in his interviews – very much like Adam, yet very good at keeping the private stuff private. So happy they found each other.

I hope with his new found fans that they will start to request his music with their local radio stations. I live in Houston, and I call every day and I was told by a cute little dj with mix 96.5 that he has Adams cd and loves it, bur that there have not been a lot of request for TP. He said that Naked Love should have been released and probably would have been a big hit. He said that he liked the 1st 2 singles released and does not understand why they did not become hits. He said that they should not have picked TP as the 3rd single, but understands that this is not up to Adam what is released.
On the PLL thread at mj’s there is not one bad post. Everyone loved it and doesn’t understand why radio doesn’t play Adam.
Am proud to say that I was on team “Cuckoo” from day one!
I wonder what would’ve happened if “Cuckoo” was the first single with all the promo effort used for BTIKM?? Label push, music video, TV guest performances. And “Naked Love” second. Both songs are earwormy fluff and are exactly in line what the radio is playing. Naked Love would be a perfect summer song. I am pretty tone deaf, but I can hum both of them without people wanting to kill me when I sing..
Would radio play either of the songs? Who knows. (*shrugs*). I know that radio is busy right now playing 18 identical Swifty songs.

How would there be request for Trespassing, I request everyday, if they have never played it or ever had any mention of it on their station? People don’t know it’s out there, but as we saw last night, once it’s heard, it does well.
Let’s hope Adam can get more exposure in the next few weeks.

I have noting against Swifty, her music is simply not for me.I am not 18 anymore and I like a little more depth lyrically and sonicaly.
My favourite songs from TS are “Chokehold” and “Shady”. Been there, done that.
I hear that in yesterday’s Tutka, Sauli said his next blog will be from Hollywood. Also, he just won the “best dressed Man” on the red carpet for Elle Finland. The awards are tomorrow night and he’s going to return to LA after that. This probably explains why his trip was extended from 2 weeks to nearly 4. It’s a really nice honour.
Your right nkd! I did talk to Blake, he is so sweet! It is a visious circle. They won’t play unless requested, and with the exception of us, his fans, no one knows about his music and how can they, radio won’t play it. Can you imagine what a success he would be if they played his music!! I keep hoping that will happen, he so deserves it. I think he is the most talented singer and performer out there today. I saw him live back in 2010 at the Hobby Center and he was beyond amazing! I’ll tell what though for someone that doesn’t get played on the radio, he is doing extremely well!! Good for him.
