April was an exciting month, to say the least – news of sold-out Rock-in-Rio concert – great articles in Attitude and Notion magazines – many interviews – Ghost Town single and video release – and lots of angsting over Shazam/Spotify/iTunes/YT and how best to promote Adam, along with the “whistle” question – whodunit? This month may see Adam performing GT live on TV and moving his way up the radio charts. Should be a busy time before the album release on June 16!

    Hi everyone, thanks for all the wishes for my birthday , it was yesterday!!

    Had a great day, my BDay falls so close to Mother’s Day and often is on Mother’s Day, like last year. We combine everything, including other BDay’s into one family get together.

    So in Adam news, my workberts love Ghost Town. And are now independently following him, and see all his gorgeousness.

    That newest Notion pic is a killer. It reminds me of that Details profile shoot with the white t-shirt. OMG.

    Can someone post both, even side by side???

    Oh, and to clarify: I still can’t get over him talking in the Glamour article about the FIRST time he slept with a woman, that means there have been others….and just WHO was the friend he slept with??????

    I’m not even vaguely referring to the male in the closet celebs-gate.

    And….Chicago on Friday? Gah. I have to work. Can’t even think of asking for a day off…so close and yet so far….

    Cait, I’m still listening to your CD, it just soothes my brain while driving my morning commute, which can take almost the whole CD to get there.

    I simply cannot thank you enough for it.

    Hope you are doing well, it sounds like you were sick and having some hard times. Glad you found us, because this blog has many qualities that are peaceful and healing. We have nice people, good music and lots of pretty things to look at. LOL.

    ulti, that article just hammers home what so many of us think, Adam broke Idol. He was simply the best , most innovative, most talented ever on Idol, and that loss was such a travesty that it turned off much of the audience forever. I’m not talking about voting scandals, I’m talking about the vote for boring bland WGWG meme.

    ETA: Adam mentioned in an interview that his album cover was flashed in Pitch Perfect 1… and this reminded me of Jax…maybe they will flash Adam’s face too in her exit package…

    I guess it really is time for the end of Idol. Frown I have been a faithful viewer since I discovered it on Season 6 (love Melinda Doolittle) and I have watched through the terrible post Adam seasons. It isn’t on TV here so I have to find it on the computer a day or two after it is shown live. I didn’t watch last week, and after hearing that Jax was voted off, I really don’t feel like watching this week’s finale either. All the interesting contestants are gone and the judges have nothing of value to say. I think that I dislike Harry the most. He is so full of himself. I was watching some snippets of old shows embedded in recent articles about Idol’s ending, and it made me appreciate Simon Cowell all the more. Idol used to be about the contestants and we got to know them from behind the scenes clips. Not any more. They took away what was good and tried, unsuccessfully, to make it about the judges. Bad mistake.

    But I will forever be thankful to Idol for bringing us ADAM! Dance Clap Jump

    I watched Idol 3 more seasons after the debacle of Season 8 finale.
    Then I just quit, not worth my time.
    I was really fooling myself, Adam truly broke it. Three terrible WGWG in a row.

    And from what I read it looks like another one this year.
