April was an exciting month, to say the least – news of sold-out Rock-in-Rio concert – great articles in Attitude and Notion magazines – many interviews – Ghost Town single and video release – and lots of angsting over Shazam/Spotify/iTunes/YT and how best to promote Adam, along with the “whistle” question – whodunit? This month may see Adam performing GT live on TV and moving his way up the radio charts. Should be a busy time before the album release on June 16!

    Hi adamized, thank you for asking, I am back to my normal condition now, it got a bit better day by day. Have to do my exercises regularly but not feeling so bad all the time.

    I am still catching up on 6th of May, so I just notices your post Smile. There’s so much going on and a very busy week in real life after I got better (catching up 5th of May was quite a job Grin ). I have watched ton of interviews here and there, but I don’t know what I still have left. No matter what he talks, I just love to see him talking, it’s a pleasure.

    Has anyone else had problems with embedded videos? I have couple of interviews that freeze in the middle, every time I try to watch them Frown

    For once I was awake when he had a twitter party! I think it’s good news for me, Cait and skaschep that Adam loves Finland, Germany and Netherlands Smile. Gives us hope to see him around! Good to see you better and here Cait!

    Hi rs, thank you! But I should not have said it aloud, feeling worse again. I take it easy today, too much been going on. Big garden projects for myself and our whole house… Who decides spring is at the same time as Adam’s promo Grin

    Do we know what’s up next, does the radio promo continue on Monday?

    rs, how popular Adam is in Israel, could there be a chance his probable future tour stops there too?

    LadyNorth, in one of Adam’s recent interviews he said that he wants to come here and to Egypt. I would be very scared of his going to Egypt, given the political unrest and terrorism there, but I was ecstatic that he wants to come here. (He has said it before. Tel Aviv has a great Gay scene.) After Idol he was on the cover of a lot of teen magazines and he was very popular, especially since he is Jewish, and identifies as such, even though he doesn’t “practice” the religious rites.

    I am not tuned into the pop radio scene here, but I have been trying to listen while in my car and I haven’t heard GT. I did just find a couple of reviews of the song, with the MV embedded, in the Hebrew internet. Both were positive, one said he didn’t go far enough, and the other loved it and said that if his whole album is like this song, it could be the hit of the summer! (His albums have been on sale here when they came out)

    Good morning rs and LadyNorth! Going on a long road trip today and may be brave enough to troll radio stations along the way just to see what I hear. OTOH I have lots of good Adam music to listen to as well as a couple books on tape….hmmm……

    LadyNorth I really admire your ability to make yourself garden while in pain. I can’t make myself garden and I have no good excuse! Hope things even off and you are able to get through the Spring planting with more joy than pain.

    Not sure I am liking the blond hair. I love the contrast of his light eyes with darker hair. I’m sure he will quickly move on to something else. That man gets bored with his hair color faster than anyone I know. Love that he made a big deal of how much easier it is to keep his hair natural and then promptly starts playing with it again.

    I have always loved Adam’s blond hair. It was so striking. This looks gentler, if that is the word for it. It is more highlights that full head of light blond, more like when he had the sunrise tinting of the ends. I have to see it in a bigger picture.

    Enjoy your ride adamized! I am a bad fan, I know GT is played on radio here, but I can’t listen to that other crab played on those stations. So I just go to their sites and give GT thumbs up to make it get more spins Smile

    Btw, I love garden work in spring, when the weather is nice. After our long cold winter I love to be outdoors for hours. Light garden work is also good exercise for me, much better than sitting or just walk. I just have to be very careful with ergonomics, so it’s slow progress. Not working when in pain, I can’t do that… I organized group work session in our house with 12 apartments, we have a lot of shared garden space. We had it on Thursday evening, the others did the heavy jobs but it was still too much. Still recovering from that,just had two hours nap.

    rs thanks for the info, thumbs up that Adam stops in Israel too! I guess young peeps are alike in many countries Smile But I hope he stays away from Egypt, Russia and sadly Ukraine too… First hoping of course that TOH sells a lot to have a tour!

    Spotify update: 1,980,284 views!

    Over 150k increase compared to yesterday. It’s dropping some on the viral charts though (NL, US and Global at least).

    Music video is going very slowly these hours: 1,188,566 (around 1,300 / hour at the moment).

    Thanks Ladynorth. Gives us indeed hope for him showing up here. Also that Ghost Town is now pretty steady in the top 100 on iTunes here in the Netherlands is nice to see. With some more radio coverage he should have a huge hit here. You see Ghost Town rising on that chart every time it gets played. And of course he loves the Netherlands. He can say anything he wants here (even about f*cking puppy’s) and go skating on an ice-ring before one of our big museums. Wink

    Nice to see you are feeling somewhat better. Also nice to see Cait posting again. Stay strong and focus on the positive things!

    Agree with you sparkle about the Sauli reference. It immediately came to my mind too. I guess I will relate to Another lonely night well myself too… Except that I don’t even have the weekend quickies.

    I still don’t get the conflicting Shazam info. Most people are saying only once. Adam looked surprised when those women said they had been told to only Shazam once a day.

    twilight….is it a pink rectangle that says your comment can’t be posted??? or an error has occured please try later, or something like that….I get that sometimes….I usually leave it for a few seconds then hit post again. And it normally works the 2nd time. sometimes ends up as a double post though.
