Alas, Adam’s time on Glee is over (for this year) but he did find other things to keep himself (and his band) busy in April: a few well-paying private gigs. May (the month not the guitarist) won’t be a month for that though since it is getting to be crunch time and rehearsals begin for the Queen and Adam Lambert Summer Tour 2014. Only a few weeks away now!

    I thought Johhny Cota got married a couple of weeks or so ago. There was a tweet back then of someone saying Adam was at his brothers wedding…and there was a picture of 2 guys both dressed in black, one with big gauges at their wedding????

    “Husbands for life” is the perfect end to a gay wedding.

    I wonder when Adam will be leaving for London. The tour starts a month from today. Just finalized my New York trip – staying on until Sunday night. I can’t imagine dropping in on the Big Apple without a decent hello-and-goodbye.

    I can’t imagine the stress of having to get tickets for your child. Take all the anxiety we experience with Adam tickets and multiply it by 100. I remember a colleague telling me that she shelled out $500 apiece for Miley Cyrus tickets in Toronto back in the early 2000’s. It’s crazy.

    ETA: on the bright side, your daughter may be over them by next year.

    it wouldn’t be so bad if we had stubhub ow whatever its called over here….at least you know you can get seats even if you have to pay over the odds…
    Scalpers buy them here…..they pay Filippinas to queue over night, to be first in line to buy the 8 allowed tickets each, before people can even get through on the phone…I don’t know what sites they resell them on…Gaga tickets were going for $7,000 upwards….
    Listening to her and her friend talk in the car coming home tonight, they won’t be over them by next year….although she did say, if ID break up, then her new favourite band will be The Vamps…

    We’re having a house built just outside Brisbane, and my husband really wants to go and see it….could be a good excuse to go…trouble is, its just after school starts back, and its hard to take leave, and impossible at the beginning of term with all the new kids settling in…

    What I notice most of all from those wedding pictures is his hair. (Of course) It looks pretty good. And here I thought he might be bald from what was showing or not showing lol under that hat over the weekend. Those hats he wears really hold secrets.

    Either the cd is ready or it isn’t. If it’s ready, a September single (Labour Day week) is plenty of advance time for a late November cd release.

    If it’s not ready, Adam might as well be on the road, reminding people who he is and how good he (and making money.)

    Congrats ulti! Going back out to garden a bit. Standard Canadian Victoria Day pastime. My neighbour handed me a cabernet sauvignon over the fence at 11:30 this morning and we’ve been having a great time chatting and sprucing up our gardens.
