After what has seemed like an eternally long wait since Adam’s Glam Nation/FYE era ended, we have finally arrived at May 2012 – the month that Adam’s new album “Trespassing” will be released! The album will drop in the U.S. & Canada on May 15th. Lucky fans in New Zealand & Japan will get the album a few days earlier on May 11th, Australia & Germany a few days later on May 18th, while some other European countries (U.K., Ireland, France) will have to wait until July. In addition to the album release, we can look forward to three concerts with Adam headlining this month, the KRZ Summer Bash in Wilkes-Barre PA on May 25th, at Six Flags New England on May 26th, and the Freshtival in National Harbor MD on May 27th. We will also see Adam perform on American Idol May 17th, will have the official push of “Never Close Our Eyes” to pop radio beginning on May 29, and may see the music video for NCOE later this month as well!

Sometimes I can’t stand these judges, they are pimping P2 giving him a standing ovation, while giving Jessica a hard time, the same old crap, what kind of artist do you want to be, that song didn’t fit your style.
I guess P2’s style is a high school marching band, and that is ok. I am so sick of WGWG on Idol.

Watched Jason Derulo on Idol tonight. My d-i-l commented on the numerous times he grabbed his crotch. I told her about Beiber doing the same thing on his BB performance. Then I told her about the “coincidental” album cover and wearing the same neon colors as Adam.
And then I mentioned how you don’t see Adam doing a lot of crotch grabbing (especially on televised performances). Told her it was because his fans know exactly where IT’s at and have even named it. He doesn’t have to remind us.
Glad Adam is going to have a couple of days to rest up. Bet all of the audience love is really charging his batteries. I hope this all translates into radio play. I’m also hoping that come fall, he’ll be able to make some special appearances on tv, maybe guesting in a series. He won’t have time once he starts his tour.
Well, I was planning on staying up for the NCOE video, but it doesn’t look as though I’m going to make it. It’s only 8:30 in California, so it could still be a while.
Do we know that the vid is debuting tonight?
And, does anyone know the title of the Movie that he said inspired the theme? Was it in the Sirius interview? I can’t remember which one he talked about this in .

After seeing that new taster of the video, I do really think that Ron got the plot right. Adam is the rebel leader of people who refuse to close their eyes. Refuse to take the pills that make people close their eyes and be controlled by the Big Brother world in the future.

Kris just isn’t as good as Adam with the tweeted compliments.
nkd, that is what I was thinking. Kris just isn’t as articulate as Adam is in general. Can’t hold it against him. He tries. He has had some terrible twitter gaffes. There was something a few years ago about laughing at middle aged women dancing or something like that. It got me so upset that I came out of lurking at MJs to comment.
So Adam bought Kris’ album, Kris got to check Adam’s out. Do you think he listened to the stream?
He tweeted that people should buy it. I don’t think that we can nitpick from tweets. It isn’t fair, even if it is fun.
ETA, I hope nobody takes that last comment as a criticism. It was meant as a reminder to myself.

Glambotgram, that post is perfection, and brought tears to my eyes as well. Thinking of each of these different Adams really makes me appreciate and respect all that he’s accomplished. Also reminds me to celebrate the now and refrain from hoping for more, more, more.

The maternal reaction we sometimes have talked about here and over there is happening to me today.
I feel so proud of this achievement. I feel like I just want to hug the stuffing out of him. And not let go. As happy as he must be, and grateful, this must be emotional too. It’s such validation. Like in that tweet above. For all the different “Adams” we have come to know.
We can see the tweets. But, his phone must be ringing off the hook. I hope he feels the love.
And, his parents. Geez. Can you imagine?

I just caught up with vids from last night. I’m just loving how the group is getting tighter in their performances. Working together better. And, WWFM, oh my. That new arrangement is killer. So beautiful.
Adam just looks so HAPPY. He is radiating joy and positive energy.

The Kirby Center box office called me this morning with some M&G details, may need to try and eat dinner with you guys after all, we can discuss further in the spring/summer concerts thread.
I was able to find a Trespassing outfit in Asheville yesterday too! Neon yellow shirt, gray jeans, black belt & shoes. Hope it looks ok, tried to avoid bumblebee.

Wow…I saw many many faces from that meet & greet that I recognized from sitting around me! No wonder my area loved Adam. Also Uli and her husband are in there. Remember she’s the gal who quit the fan club moderating because of all the drama.
