After what has seemed like an eternally long wait since Adam’s Glam Nation/FYE era ended, we have finally arrived at May 2012 – the month that Adam’s new album “Trespassing” will be released! The album will drop in the U.S. & Canada on May 15th. Lucky fans in New Zealand & Japan will get the album a few days earlier on May 11th, Australia & Germany a few days later on May 18th, while some other European countries (U.K., Ireland, France) will have to wait until July. In addition to the album release, we can look forward to three concerts with Adam headlining this month, the KRZ Summer Bash in Wilkes-Barre PA on May 25th, at Six Flags New England on May 26th, and the Freshtival in National Harbor MD on May 27th. We will also see Adam perform on American Idol May 17th, will have the official push of “Never Close Our Eyes” to pop radio beginning on May 29, and may see the music video for NCOE later this month as well!

Our featured photo for this month’s chat comes from Adam’s mini-concert of April 26th on the Jimmy Kimmel show.

It’s going to be an exciting month as we begin the Trespassing era, enjoy the chat!

So much for my credibility as far as a Toronto Sun review! Sorry! I did look for it … and I went to my eye doctor just today! Big Smile

I’ve lived here for over 30 years and I’ve never read the Sun. It’s trash. People buy it just to look at the second full page spread of “Miss Sunshine” … always a young pretty girl in a bikini. It’s the least of Toronto’s three newspapers. Even if they gave it 5 stars, I’d be surprised coming from that “thing”.

The Toronto Star is slightly more respectable while the Toronto Globe and Mail is considered the premium and credible newspaper with the most readership. It’s the one we’ve subscribed to for years.

The Washington Times reviews are pretty good, generally, although I don’t always agree. Nervous about the Washington Post, though, if Chris Richards reviews the album. He utterly trashed Adam at the 930 Club in D.C. on the GNT Tour. Loves rap/hiphop, etc.

  3. mieps says:

Does anyone know why the add-date was set so late? Why wait when the song is already out there?

Proven wrong for my last remark, so it’s gone Wink

OMG!!!!!!! I got home from work and there was my adam box sex. I love how they packaged everything. I was screaming in joy and my kids looked at me like I was crazy. I’m so happy it makes up for not being able to see him at mlb fan cave concert, well almost.

Haha, ultimathule! I do remember this quite well. I also remember his being inundated with irate Glamberts.
Yes, it will be interesting to see how he handles album #2.

I’m not surprised to hear this. In my very humble opinion, four sentences does not a “review” make. Pathetic! No

here is the song Adam referred to in the BB interview that he recently downloaded: funky…lots of horns.

  12. eywflyer says:

Different reviewer but Washington Post still hated it. Once again with the factual error about “shying away from male pronoun”. If he had done that Fever would have been a single. Don’t feel like giving the link but it’s out there. I didn’t see any actual rating or grade given.

So many goodies today. BB interview was priceless. I figure the low ratings for the AMA’s was from IDK Glamberts boycotting?

turquoise No deliveries for me today. I am expected to get them tomorrow. I did see the CD’s I gifted shipped today.

Just watched the GMA Trespassing. I love the concept of the funky backup singers, but the woman on the left just seemed to be going through the motions compared to the chick in the trespassing colors, who is REALLY into it!

Re ceddies (I think) post above.
ITA. For many, many peeps, Adam is the first person they have ever known to be gay. Just by being gorgeous, articulate, funny, affectionate, and real is terrific “publicity” for the gay community. Every time the word “gay” is applied to this piece of amazing humanity, the issue of gay rights takes a baby step forward.
    IMHO.
    Smile

  32. milwlovesadam says:

    Whew!

Exhausted from all my real life and Berting today!

GMA, dentist appointment, real life, more life, VH1, Mail arrived with 2 Deluxe CD/DVD’s from AO. Hopped skipped and sashayed my way back into my house, ripped those babies open, gingerly placed one in my car, and one for home use.

Much time here and all over the interwebs to get up to date.

Now, it’s time to put my making of DVD in and walk that walk to my treadmill.

Hope to catch up with the stream from MLB.

BTW. I FLOOOOOVEE that jacket. OMG. How gorgeous was he today?????? He just took my breath away.

  33. milwlovesadam says:

    Kradamour, ITA.

  34. milwlovesadam says:

Okay, so I do have a couple of Debbie Downer thoughts.

The backup gals sound great. But, they need to learn a little better way to move to the beat. I’m thinking that shoulder shimmying and just overall swaying would be more flattering than that arm overhead stuff from this morning. I’m no skinny-ninny myself, so I understand , okay TBH, I’m not their size, but, I can see that dance moves are hard for big ladies, and breath control would be an issue. IMHO.

And , Tommy. Why the eyeball rolling on national TV when HH is talking. Get over yourself. Look back at the tape. It is not good for Tommy. It is not good for Adam.

  35. milwlovesadam says:

One more, even with that crappy MLB audio, Shady sounds fantastic live. I have a feeling in concert he will stretch it out, and the funk will last longer.

    Oooh. That sounded dirtaaay!

BTW: I do believe that I saw all of us in the corner today over that “Pet my snake” comment. Good Lawd.

It’s a good thing we moved furniture and redecorated the corner. There’s more room now. And we’re just getting started!

  36. Kradamour says:

Trying to catch up from my imposed isolation at school with no access to anything…what is the source for the snake-petting, please? Chic

  37. glambotgram says:

    lol Kradamour VH1 morning Buzz

  38. milwlovesadam says:

The Snake petting was about his boots from VH1 this morning. He was getting a little randy!

Must have been the horse jacket getting to him! That jacket was absolutely fricking amazeballs. It has reduced me to nonsense talking.

BTW. Who in blazes is Pasta Baby? And why did she think she could block everyone at GMA from seeing Adam through the window?

  39. milwlovesadam says:

Okay, so after watching Trespassing through MJ’s courtesy of Mr. Ron, I will say the ladies looked better moving to the music in that song.

  40. milwlovesadam says:

    Having trouble tearing myself away,

How fantastic was it to see the Colfer/ Adam hug?? Loved it.
