After what has seemed like an eternally long wait since Adam’s Glam Nation/FYE era ended, we have finally arrived at May 2012 – the month that Adam’s new album “Trespassing” will be released! The album will drop in the U.S. & Canada on May 15th. Lucky fans in New Zealand & Japan will get the album a few days earlier on May 11th, Australia & Germany a few days later on May 18th, while some other European countries (U.K., Ireland, France) will have to wait until July. In addition to the album release, we can look forward to three concerts with Adam headlining this month, the KRZ Summer Bash in Wilkes-Barre PA on May 25th, at Six Flags New England on May 26th, and the Freshtival in National Harbor MD on May 27th. We will also see Adam perform on American Idol May 17th, will have the official push of “Never Close Our Eyes” to pop radio beginning on May 29, and may see the music video for NCOE later this month as well!

One of the restaurants in National Harbor specializes in kale. I forget which one, it has a strange name. But I don’t think we need to eat there.
Juiced again today. Gotta say, that is pretty satisfying stuff! Looking forward to the end of the school year and a real three day cleanse.
I even got my husband to have a big glass of juice for lunch with me…but then he followed his with a hotdog. Sort of defeated the purpose but it was a start, and the veggie juice was doubtless better for him than the diet soda that it replaced!
Well, that was a BOLD fail.
As it should be, kale is the first thing that I think about when I wake up in the morning because of it’s nutritional values and also because “it’s so tasty too! Just like candy”.
Being calorie conscience, I always roast my kale ulti instead of BBQing it and I roast it on a thick slab of beef ribs slathered in bar-b-que sauce avec frites, a mound of cole slaw and, on the side, a loaf of garlic bread with a mayonnaise dip.
