February went roaring out like a lion with Queen and Adam wrapping up their sold-out 26 city tour of Europe and UK. March is all Lambert as he heads home or to a possible vacation spot for a well-deserved rest. That will be short-lived though as the promo for The Original High picks up with the single release GHOST TOWN scheduled for April 21st.

This month’s main photo is from the BRITs red carpet. Adam attended the event with the head of the Warner Brothers label and just happened to be in the neighborhood.

    Don’t like what D & G said at all….a kick in the teeth for so many different people, same sex couples, all the couples who have problems conceiving and have to go through the difficulties and heartache of other options….

    Luval….I think Adam has worn Dolce and Gabbana many times…the white suit for feeling good, this tux…

    his grey suit that he was wearing on the vh1 divas….I think the blue/purple check suit, possibly his grammy clothes….he wears them a lot. Wonder if he will stop in support??

    Didn’t Adam and Danielle pack up their stuff and drive to Los Angeles together right out of high school? That’s a solid friendship that will last forever.

    Not surprised that the guy who instagrammed Adam’s house took it down. A bit too invasive of Adam’s privacy. Glad we got to see it but feeling a bit guilty.

    It’s terrible Cait. Whole hours can go by. I actually put on 10 pounds after discovering Adam. Early morning gym, cycling and gardening just went out the window… be careful. I had to confine myself to early morning only (which rule I am currently breaking due to this darned “vote-once-an-hour” poll.)

    What was in the vid that was taken down? Was it the fire/grotto one that we can see?

    I am flabbergasted that of all businesses a FASHION house would say something so homophobic. Hellloooo. Not to sound too much of a profilier, but, seriously? In fashion, where so many are gay and out and proud?

    So, Barilla? No problems. Gave up pasta 3 years ago. If I still ate it, I’d consider brand switching. The other business, but, I don’t eat fast food, especially not fried chicken,is Chick-fil-a, puhleeeeze. I would never even set foot in one, or drive through, or eat it when it’s brought to work as a “thank you” by management for lunch for hard work rewards. They are notoriously and unapologetically homophobic.

    I also have no problem in boycotting D&G. I don’t own or wear couture. LOL. Vera Wang from Kohl’s, sure. But I don’t think that counts.

    And, yes, that D&G white Feeling Good suit was what I thought of instantly when hearing of this.

    Adam wears D&G frequently. A lot of his suits are D&G, most recently the one he wore at the Brits.
    He will probably continue to wear them if he likes it. He wore John Galliano to the pre-Grammy party after JG’s offensive statements. I don’t think he has worn anything new of his since though.

    BTW, the blue/purple plaid suit was Vivienne Westwood.

    I so remember when we first met you in Phoenix. You were sitting in the breakfast room when Mr. Ret and I walked in. In 1 min. it seem like we had know each other forever. A few minutes later jlurks walked in and again, new friends became old friend in a matter of minutes. What a great weekend we all had!

    Not quite. Adam enrolled in Fullerton College, in Orange County, CA. He attended for 6 weeks and then decided it was not for him. He got a job at Macy’s in the South Coast Plaza (not far from the college) and work there for a while while he figured out what was next in his life. He worked in the Cosmetic department. I shopped there that Christmas but did I see him? I have no idea. lol

    Yeah I skip Barilla in the store, Don’t eat at Chick-fil-a either. I don’t think the article posted above will change my mind about Barilla either.

    ETA thanks for posting the update TLKC It just sounds like it is money motivated for them though.
    I don’t shop at Hobby Lobby either.

    Had my parents and sister with husband over for a visit today so not much Adam so far. Am catching up now with all the things posted.

    About the D&G thing: I’m not sure what to think of it. Of course they are entitled to their own opinion but who are they to judge over other peoples lives. Let everybody make their own decisions (within the rules of the law of course). I don’t have any clothes from them because I usually don’t wear designer clothes but I do like the fragrance “The One” from them and been using that for over a year now. Have to think about if I want to buy a new one now.

    Thanks for the other 3 lines nkd. I put the latter two on my list already (scrolled through his twitter list yesterday), but the first one I hadn’t. We’ll see the end of the week or through April what has happened.

    The grotto and fireplace aren’t anything we haven’t seen before. Instantly recognizable as Adam’s house so I don’t see why it was removed, unless Adam asked him to.

    But his friends do need to realize that glambert ninjas are alert and a couple of seconds online and it will be captured, taking it down will not matter.

    Everyone has a right to their opinion but it just makes me mad to read stuff like that D&G thing. Children need loving and capable parents, that’s all. Every day I see news about problem families, parents who have serious problems, children taken into custody, single parents who have no support from the other parent. How can anyone say that’s better than having two responsible loving gay parents?

    So I have been thinking about the Barilla boycott and whether to continue it or not. So many people have been educated and changed their views concerning LGBT rights and issues lately. Sometimes it happens after getting to know a charismatic and brilliant singer and sometimes the incentive is monetary. Whatever leads to change, we can only judge people on their actions and words. Barilla seems to be doing the right thing, both for their employees and in their advertising campaigns. Being an Italian based company, there could be nasty repercussions from the very conservative Catholic majority of the country if they move too quickly in their ads. So the next time that I need pasta, I will probably buy Barilla, just to let them know that I support the new direction that they have taken in the past year. JMHO.

    So, we were mentioning pure stripped down acoustic versions of songs the other day, and it just occurred to me how much I would just fall over if I ever got a chance to hear WWTLF performed that way.

    LOLOL, it’s not like Brian needs to do radio promo with Adam.

    Can ya’all even imagine, Brian and Adam on stools,Roger on a small hand drum, just strumming and singing. I think we would weep. I think the fandom would universally drop over.

    The other Queen song that would be very interesting done stripped down and slower , rearranged and acoustic, don’t throw tomatoes, but I do think Break Free could take on a whole new sound and meaning.

    What do you guys think?
