February went roaring out like a lion with Queen and Adam wrapping up their sold-out 26 city tour of Europe and UK. March is all Lambert as he heads home or to a possible vacation spot for a well-deserved rest. That will be short-lived though as the promo for The Original High picks up with the single release GHOST TOWN scheduled for April 21st.

This month’s main photo is from the BRITs red carpet. Adam attended the event with the head of the Warner Brothers label and just happened to be in the neighborhood.

    I am a purist too, mils, and I often have to search for Adam’s voice among a lot of the annoying electronica on his albums. I much prefer his live and especially acoustic performances. But there was just something about Broken Open that was so powerful that it reached in to grab my soul, even through the electronica.

    Cait, he has never sung CLYG live, in a performance in front of people that is.

    The producer and co-writer of that track said that Adam was on his knees recording it. I can imagine that toward the end of the song. I love the song but do wish the production was toned down a lot.

    rs and mils here’s another purist who loves acoustic and live performances… I don’t like electronic music, just pure voice and real instruments Smile Both Broken songs are my favorites too, live versions are
    amazing but I am also fine with album versions despite of electronics. Adam’s voice is so soft on Broken Open that it caresses my ears… My favorites from FYE are Soaked, Sleepwalker, Aftermath and Broken open.

    cait, I would also recommend Is this love to your ballad CD among chosen ones. How could I forget that one!!!

    Very nice weather here this week, full sunshine after totally grey winter. I came to our country house for couple of days, all by myself, my mom is still on a trip. I borrowed her 4G internet and also enjoy playing music LOUD. At home I have wall neighbors… I can’t believe that in 2013 when Adam had his concert in Helsinki on 22nd of March there was plenty of snow and frost (poor riskies) and now very opposite.

    Yes skaschep, Adam is very much into astrology and the Aries Approaches could mean just that. It was mainly that he put caps on both words that I thought perhaps it meant something else, like a song title. Maybe he just likes to capitalize each word. IDK!
    He sends weird messages sometimes and we don’t know it’s a coded message until after the fact!

    Like the vine vid he sent out in the summer of ’13 with clues about Glee, but we were all too dense to pick up on his weirdness!
    Do you like eggs, do you like gum, listerine…and I can’t remember the other e word.

    Thanks nkd. I wasn’t paying attention much to his capitals in the words. He put quite some in the tweets he did yesterday and also a couple in the tweets from 5th of March. You could go even further back for out of the blue tweets, but that will be searching to far I think.

    Also the tweet on the 10th with Tove Lo seems more like a lyric to me. He put that one in brackets. That is different from the other ones.

    His tweets:

    5 mrt: Oh Yeah!
    14 mrt: Aries Approaches…howls*
    14 mrt: What’s Your Sign? Rising? Moon?

    Gives us the letters:

    You can make at least AWARDS out of these letters, but that is using letters from both dates. I’m not that good with these kind of puzzles and I’m also not familiar with US radio stations and programs. Maybe someone else can make something from it?
