The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

And of course I would have remembered a tall young man striding gracefully as you do…but it is fun to imagine that we did in fact cross paths there. And who knows? Maybe we did.
I picture us walking on opposite sides of the street, going in opposite directions, and just as we each caught the barest glimpse of the other…a bus passed between us, blocking the view, until we had moved apart and out of sight of each other.
I like that story.
Wonder if Adam’s sidekick tour manager Rob will accompany him on this tour. He was at IHeart so he may be with him. Kinda like the guy.

This ticket-go-round this morning wasn’t bad at all for me. It took about 25 minutes.
On the 13th: Floor-Right Row 21 Seat 37
On the 28th: Floor-Right Row 20 Seat 38
What’s the likelihood of almost getting the same seat, one row apart, in an arena that size?
This added concert will bring things almost full circle for me.
This concert is on July 28th, Ste.-Agathe was on July 29th.

Yes, I have been thinking about this tour and Ste Agathe and the timing.
If I were sure of being able to be away, I would have come to Toronto for the final concert. Just can’t do it this summer.
Glambotgram, four and a half hours is NOTHING! I don’t think twice about driving from Virginia to Maine, and that is about 14 hours if traffic is good. Take snacks, water to hydrate, a few audio books, and go for it!

The 2012 Hammersmith concerts were July, 11, 12 and 14th. A lot of ALL-ers came together for that one. This year’s tour brings many of us together again for the 12th and 13th again.
