The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

It is NOT the pre sale password. It is the PRE SALE FACEBOOK password for tickets for sale WEDNESDAY. This is what was floating around twitter last night so I am assuming this is what you are talking about. Nothing has changed as far as the password they are sending out tomorrow or late tonight. I have not received anything from the fan club yet. This is the only thing I have received. If there was something else let me know?!

It is a different password and it says that it is for the presale on the 10th in the States and the 11th in Canada. I don’t know what to tell you. Doesn’t say anything about Facebook and I got it in an email. I signed up for the newsletter months ago but didn’t pay to join the fan club

The password you got is the 3rd different thing I have heard and I still haven’t gotten the newsletter or email and neither have my 2 friends that are fan club members. Just so strange. Well, except for a Glee episode in April(?), there’ll be a three-month-plus break in appearances – (as far as I know). Meanwhile, he’ll be over in Stockholm eating steaming Swedish meatballs and eyeballing (hmmm) gorgeous blonds. No doubt work fits in there somewhere. Occasional tweets, instagrams, sightings, who knows what he’ll come up with to keep the fans at bay in the meanwhile.
And, after listening to that funny interview, really wish had been a fly on the wall during that Battle of the Exes – a touch of defenestration makes a party even more memorable.

They probably meant June not July. The dates shown correspond to the exact days for the concerts in June. I don’t think that they are adding shows just yet. If so, they will probably add some in the US not Saskatoon or Edmonton – and I have nothing against those cities!

No idea! had planned to do an amex presale but as far as I can tell Queenbert has been removed from amex, it is no longer on the amex site (only selected venues, not merriweather).
Fwachdr and I are getting tickets together – she is trying the fan presale and whatever she decides is fine with me.
I actually wouldn’t mind the lawn – but there is something alluring about a chair.
Merriweather is such a nice venue that I honestly don’t care.
And if prior experience means anything, sometimes tickets during the presale are not as good as the ones available to the general public.
I really, really hate the whole system. A pox on them!

Comments between two Queen fans:
David Taruski Rick – I saw Queen 4 times with Freddie… and then later on I saw them perform twice with Paul Rogers from Bad Company. …and that was a pretty good pairing…
Although Adam Lambert is no Freddie, I expect these shows to be pretty damn good and imo will far surpass what they did with Paul Rogers!!!
Aaron Anderson Absolutely no one can replace Freddie Mercury. But, the rest of the band is in tact, near as I know, and Adam Lambert might have the chops vocally to at least do the tunes justice. I’m sure the jury is out until the first show is over.
David Taruski Aaron – Adam has already performed with them several times in the UK… And those shows went over pretty well… But you’re right, it goes without saying that no one can ever replace Freddie!!!

I would so much like to experience Queenbert again, that it hurts! But I’m too afraid to do such expensive faraway plans in my current health condition

I just went on a ticket link for ticket process.com, to have a look…and the first thing to come up was Bruno Mars in HK…..tickets sold out here, but could get some on this site!!! trouble is they want $1200 usd for 2, thats over $8,000 hk. I like him…but not that much.
