The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!

With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Cross your whatsits so that this tour results in getting this multi-talented performer the respect and recognition that he merits.

    Love the Sirius interview when a caller asked him how he takes care of his voice. Adam answered his usual… Rest, lots of water. Then Brian cuts it with something like “we’re gonna take care of him”. Love that.

    Agree luval. Loving the boys, and especially Brian, for the unconditional love and support of Adam. It is so important for them to get across the message that they weren’t looking for a Freddie sound alike (they did that for the Queen Extravaganza), and that this isn’t something that they have to do, but that when they found Adam and began singing with him, they fell in love with him and his voice, started having so much fun, got great reviews, and felt that a North American Tour with Adam would be a fantastic way to bring their music back live and that people would respond well.

    I would love to go to all Q+AL CONCERTS and to meet all of you. Grin

    But in reality, I may get to go to only 1. That will be with the family .. hubby and daughter. 3 tickets anywhere we go. The possibility is Chicago. It’s the closest venue.

    My wish list has 5 concerts to go. And the one in DC might be possible.
    So … the opening and the closing … would be EPIC!!!

    I just love every single one of these video and audio links. Have never seen anything like it. So much love for Adam by Brian and Roger. I’ve sent many of these to friends. He is so articulate and so respectful and thankful for the opportunity Queen has given him. It’s so genuine. Not that I should be surprised. It’s what we have known all along.

    asif…yes it is quiet here but it’s Friday night. Traditionally the quietest night. I know I am exhausted with all the Queen & Adam hoopla but I want to see more!!! So if you find any other videos post them!!!

    Love the video links. Made the mistake of reading the comments. I would love to go to the Chicago show. I love that city, would love to meet mils and you, asif, and I have to visit Indiana anyway, but as I want to go to Toronto and New York, it would make the trip just too long, and I don’t want to leave my father for more that a couple of weeks.

    Just saw a short segment on Extra about the tour! Must be hundreds and hundreds of clips in every type of media…tweets, blogs, tv, online papers & mags.

    I would LOVE Adam and Queen to get a cover…RS, Guitar whatever. I’m betting it’s going to happen.

    So happy they are coming to Toronto..Two of my sisters are flying up from PEI to go with me and my husband. My teo daughters want to come as well..My nephew in law and neice are also going..It is all so exciting..

    loveroftalent, the only thing I can think of is that maybe venues such as MSG and others have corporate members who decide to sell their comp tickets. Some of them are instant download so they really exist.

    Okay I’m totally stressed out. I ‘renewed’ my membership in Adam Lambert Fans and they took my $10 this morning. I went to login tonight, and the site wouldn’t recognize my pw. So I asked for a reset. It allowed me to go as far as inputting new pw’s, but then the ‘submit’ button didn’t work. I remember having similar frustrations before when I was a member. Do you suppose the site is down? Any suggestions? A minute later: I was able to reset my pw and it went through. Amazing – all my info from three years ago is still there!

    I still can’t get on. I have tried everything, it just keeps looping. Any suggestion anyone?

    I went on stubhub for Calgary and there are crappy tickets there for $233 a pop. Half decent tickets – $433 each. How does this happen? I think they are short selling. SUX!

    My question is if we can buy for multiple venues using the password.

    My timezone is an hour earlier than the two shows I want to see in EST. My password will arrive after the shows have been on sale for an hour.

    Wut? I’m confused.

    And, don’t forget, the clocks/time change on Sunday night. Spring forward. Gah. My brain hurts.

    Found the discussion about singing his own music interesting – divided on that one.

    Very much looking forward to the all-out production they’re planning for the shows. At last the boy gets to play with one of the best bands in the world while surrounded by all the glitz money can buy – gonna be fantabulous.
