The musical force that is Adam is marching full speed ahead. With recent appearances on Drag Race, AI and Glee, he is making his way back into the limelight (not that he ever left it for us here). With a news conference set for Thursday, March 6th at Madison Square Garden, we are sure to find out details of a Queen + AL tour. So get ready to jump on the bus! Oh, and don’t forget that Adam is still appearing on Glee and working on his own music too!
With the special announcement coming it was suggested to use a Q+AL photo for this month’s header. But what about all the other great photos from last month? Oh, the dilemma! Well, I hope this photo is a compromise. Taken at the London show by Mark Gledhill (glemazon), it shows Adam in the shadows about to emerge into the full spotlight. Sweet singer Adam Lambert (Adam Lambert) and Queen together again : announced a big summer tour of North America , during which it is planned to play 19 concerts.
Lambert , the winner of the eighth season of the talent show American Idol, he made his debut with the Queen in 2009 , and in 2012 held a grand tour of Europe . In Russia, Lambert and ” Quinn ” very warmly received , and you can expect a repetition of notices .
Members of the Queen throughout the collaboration with Adam spoke very positively about the vocal and scenic merits vocalist , and last year there were rumors that the new group will tour with Lambert. As you can see , they are confirmed .
A lot of dates in a short time – I’m not so worried for Adam as I am for the geezers – that’s pretty challenging schedule for anyone, let alone a couple of senior citizens!

Yay for Canadian dates! You east coasters have your pick, which is awesome, and even Manitoba and Saskatchewan are represented. Congrats Calgary, there’s one in your backyard! And of course my temporary hometown Vancouver. I can actually walk to the venue, which alone is reason enough for me to postpone my bicycle tour (which already was postponed for World Cup Football). A girl has to have her priorities straight!

It is so good to see a long list of concert dates on the top of the page. I bought a larger TV yesterday so I’m all prepared. Not much chance of them coming to NZ even if the tour as outlined is a huge success. If Australia is ever added-I’m there. It’s OK. I will enjoy vicariously through all you lucky people who go and write about it, photograph, video and livestream! Thanks to all of you who work hard on this site to keep us in the loop.

So I will plan a trip to the States this July. If a lot of friends go to Las Vegas, and if we can get tickets, that would be so much fun. I have never been there. Toronto, of course, is a given, and then likely New York, if a group gets together to go. I assume that cgesq will be there. Don’t know who else lives in that area. YAY!

He has to have a label if he is spending almost 2 months in Sweden working on his album as he said “with a big team” there is no way that would be on his dime. If he was going on his own there are plenty of people in LA he could work with MUCH cheaper. He also said it was in its infancy, no songs yet, just playing with sounds and writing. And “eating Swedish Meatballs….or steaming balls…” cracking himself up.
