Yeah, mils I thought about that also. Other than Bowie I say a big huge NO! And yes to Bowie is just because of Adam. I just always remember the story of how Bowie was kind of a huge dick to them. If Miley shows up to sing I will walk out in protest. (or at least go get a cocktail) LOL.
ETA: I guess I would be okay with Slash, Nikki or (maybe) Mick. I would rather it be JUST about Queen honestly. Personal preference. If I am wishing for stuff I wish Deacon would show up for a couple of shows. Never gonna happen but that would be awesome.
Slash is a good one, mils. He did say on AI when he was mentoring Adam that he’d like to perform with him (or something to that effect).

And when I imagine what the guys must be thinking and feeling, at the cusp of the tour – especially Adam! – it makes me even more emotional. Aaaah! We’re so close now!
I agree with others that the Aussie Sunday Night interview was too much about Freddie and not enough about Brian and Roger in their own right, and Adam, and the tour they are about to embark on together. Although it was a nice piece about Freddie, I was disappointed in it overall.
But I did really enjoy the AT&T hangout. Mostly because I got to watch and listen to Adam talk thoughtfully for 30 minutes. There were moments when I would just look at him, and his eyes, and catch myself thinking, “damn he’s beautiful.”

Also, I’m with aely and riskylady – I don’t want other performers coming on stage and intruding on the show unless they’re truly iconic and worthy of the honor.
Interesting list, aely, and lots of great songs. Best guess is that most of the acoustic performers will feature Roger and Brian, since it is well within the range of their older voices and this tour will be as much about Queen as they can possibly make it.
After seeing Freddie’s performance on the OZ mini-doc, imho the “surprise” track just might be The Great Pretender. I googled the song and found out that Freddie’s version hit #4 on the UK charts. Adam would do a magnificent job of it and it would be a sly little nod to the nay-sayers; pretty much taking the air out of their complacent, pseudo-witty putdowns.
Plus, Ron would get a real kick out of seeing Adam in top hat and tails again.
I am a Queen fan so the OZ feature’s emphasis on Freddie was okay. It is easy to forget how amazing Freddie was. The doc also reminds just how OTT Queen was and suggests that Adam may have a lot of license from the guys to be OTT in costuming etc. Not exactly expecting a cod-piece but it could actually happen.
Watching Freddie’s live performances over the summer on adamtopia (thanks to the amazing Talon) and comparing Adam’s 2012 and iHeart concerts with them – imho the 2012 concerts were much closer to the spirit of Freddie and youthful Queen than iHeart was.
This tour will be even closer as Adam gets looser and looser on the road. As Brian has said: they want to do enough concerts to get really good. Also, couldn’t help seeing a lot of Adam in Freddie’s comment on audience size “everyone says they want to do intimate concerts – Rubbish! You want to be a star!”
Definitely hoping for Adam to bring as much of his Glam Nation self to this as possible.

I hope k’s kidney stones are not giving her a lot of pain. Very brave and very Glambert of her to postpone surgery until after the tour. Remember the fan who spent 10 days in Chelsea Hospital in 2012 and left the hospital against her doctor’s advice to see the Hammersmith concerts? We are certifiably nuts in the best way.
Not too keen on duets with outsiders, unless it is David Bowie, but he would most likely duet with Roger on Under Pressure, not Adam. Roger can still sing it, for one thing.
Also, recollecting what aely said about his behaviour towards Queen. He is brilliant but he might very easily be of the opinion that Adam is beneath him. He is a bit of a snob. (JMO, and I love him anyway.)

Bowie is the only one I would be okay with, and that is just because Adam wants it so much. This is their moment(s) Let them have it without other (not nearly as good)voices mucking it up.

Vine vids usually start with the sound off.
