Do you get the emails from Sony-Marketing? I got excited when I opened mine to see the first featured video was Adam’s new song. But it just took me to the audio on AO.
I knew it was too good to be true.
It was nice to see Trespassing as one of the My Play Direct top five albums.
BTIKM is already #1 (in Hungary), and we are just beginning!

Nice that Adam has such a rich past! Let’s see, before Idol there were 25 years of photo opportunities. Over 9000 days of potential photography, super 8 movies, etc… Even in the days before camera phones, peeps had little kodaks. Instamatics, polaroids…once Adam well and truly lands on the national radar, we could be deluged with awesome when everyone checks their personal archives!

Hello, just wanted to tell you all that I had a little Adam moment yesterday (they never really happen to me..) I was driving with my youngest (almost 10 years old) and we had just finished listening to her one direction cd, when she asked, (actually asked, uncalled for in my car, ) if we could put the new Adam song on (BTIKM)!!, she said its her favourite and the best song he’s ever done….

According to AQD he said in a recent interview when someone asked him about touring, that he’d see how the album did. I remember him saying that too but can’t find the interview.
I have to start planning my vacation days before it’s too late!
Unfortunately, for those of us who must schedule vacations, I don’t think that Adam “gets” that whole concept.
But I don’t think that it is whether he will tour that he is debating, but rather how many venues and how large. I really, really hope that it is not like last time, when dates and locations were added so randomly that it was impossible to plan! For example Norfolk VA on June 30, but Richmond (90 miles away) on August 27, while he wandered around the rest of the US in the meantime!
Also really hoping for some consecutive performance nights like in Atlanta (two venues in the same city, so very different).
I am not letting myself think too hard about this. It will be what it will be, and we will be paying scalpers, and we will be traveling more than we want to or can easily manage, but it will all be worth it!

I heard this, too. Yes, there is a huge financial aspect that goes along with touring. It’s not cheap! Generally, the thought is that if an album does well, then a successful tour automatically follows. However in my opinion, Adam’s tour would be sold out (and successful) no matter where or what. The guy can’t be beat live and on stage!
So yes, I agree with both Gloria and you, luval.
haha I have the Golden Globes red carpet on one tv, the Giants/Packers on another (go Giants!) and am hoping to see Adam on one or the other. No chance in hell, I guess.
btw, the Cook vs Lambert online contest is a crock. I was voting tons yesterday for Adam and the percentage kept going down. Someone on Twitter said that if you don’t “clear the history” on your computer, it will subtract votes! I’m giving up on that one.
eta: Was listening to Liam McEwen’s Adam Lambert hour…how great is it! He plays such unexpected songs. For example Adam’s AMA FYE rehearsal and Tracks of My Tears rehearsal from idol.

The only good thing about game-day is good and easy shopping. Costco was like a bowling alley. You could roll a ball down those aisles and barely hit anything!!

I also sincerely hope that if he books the same size venues that he’ll do more of the two shows, same city, even same venue bookings.
I also hope that he does two cities near each other again. It makes taking time off easier, and it’s better to get fans together and travel.
Also, those staggered added dates made it tough to arrange days off work.
And don’t get me started on meet and greets.

I have never listened before but had to sit at the computer today and I set it to play while I worked. What a treat! Especially for me who never hears Adam on the radio. Well, maybe three times. (shakes head). I am very curious about whether his new music will be played here.
It was interesting to hear BTIKM in the context of a radio program with other music, even though it was all Adam. I liked it better than when in isolation. I still think it is too long/repetitive but I am liking it better. The radio hour format also gave a whole new perspective to the other songs on the ALHour playlist. I never liked Satisfaction, for example, but in the context of other music I rather enjoyed it.
I’ll go back and listen to the other hours. Cool!
ETA: and OMG Sleepwalker…WHY was that never released as a radio single???!!!
So agree about SW, Kradamour. Love love love that song. Twitter…can’t believe everything but peeps were saying earlier today that FYE has a huge surge in sales in New Zealand. Not that it means anything but nice if true.

Thanks in most part to Goatie I was able to attend three shows over Labor Day weekend on the last tour. Then two in Hawaii. I really am looking forward to the next tour and hope to attend a few shows. I’m having a very monumental birthday in two months and just saying number is scary. I really can’t be that old (but happy I am, as the alternative isn’t good)cause I don’t feel that old. Saying that I have to realise that maybe traveling, especially driving won’t be as easy for me. I hope there is one in the Chicago area as I can probably make it there, it’d be good to see Mils, mlg, Goatie and others I met last tour and maybe a some of you.
It’s starting to sink in that the album release isn’t that far away and tour plans will come by summer. 
That’s interesting Kradamour. Let’s hope the album sells much better than gold!
Uh, oh. Just realized that I might be working this fall. For the last tour, I was not employed because my mother needed my pretty constant attention. She is well enough now that I am looking at a part time position that just fell into my lap, and it would be perfect; a very interesting position that won’t happen again. Starts in the fall. It would be difficult to take time off from, especially as a new hire. Gah!
