January seemed to just zip by. It was, of course, Adam’s birthday month but he also managed to get in some skiing (or après-skiing), some parties and even rehearsing new music. This month Adam is set to perform at the Family Equality Council Awards on Feb. 8. He also will be back on Glee on Feb. 25 and there is even a rumor that he will be on Idol later this month as well. It looks like this month will zip right by too – and that gets us closer to a possible Q+AL tour and new music!

    LOL asifclueless, I saw sparkle’s and your January posts when I was catching up yesterday. Very sweet to try and maintain a baseline standard for Adam input. Thanks for making up for all the January absentees Blush .

    Brian just tweeted a video by a Queen fan who has the most amazing collection of memorabilia. It includes everyone they ever collaborated with, so we should end up with some great souvenirs from the coming tour. Live action figure of Adam, anyone?

    Very excited about the new GLEE episode. A few people aren’t crazy about the Rockstar song but it’s lyrics are really in tune with the hopefulness of young performing artists so it’s perfect for GLEE. I won’t mind seeing Adam reprise his youthful aspirations one little bit.

    That’s 5 episodes. One more please – towards the end, so that he can be described as “GLEE actor Adam Lambert” for the whole season. Grin

    With regard to singing with Queen – still have slight reservations about his becoming too tied to the “front man” image. When asked one of my fan daughters about seeing a concert, she replied she’d rather go see his music.

    The advantages, of course, are good money and a certain kind of publicity – but not sure what it does for his own career in current music.

    M – We haven’t met yet but hopefully we will at a Q+A Concert. I too am very excited about seeing Adam back on Glee – saw the first advertisement for Feb. 25th on TV tonight. Looking forward to seeing Adam on Idol – he is so good at mentoring! I’m watching Idol and I am enjoying it. Even the drama of Hollywood week isn’t too overdone, as it usually is. I liked the fact that, for the most part, when they showed a bad audition, they didn’t show the person’s name so if the person was only doing this for 5 minutes of fame, they didn’t get much more than that.
