One of my 40something male customers came in a few days ago and asked me if I saw my guy Adam on Idol last week (duh) and I said “Of course! Would I miss that?” He said, “I have to tell you that boy is looking good! Really handsome. I like his whole look now with the facial hair and all .”

I have been watching Idol along with the rest of you. Not totally happy about the ones who made it through this week but the fact that Adam was on more than made up for it. LOLS at the number of people on twitter who thought he was so much better looking now. He really does seem to have fallen off the radar for a lot of Idol fans. NVM that he wasn’t on the show enough for us (he will never be on anything long enough of us
). He was on and did a good job and was noticed.

Sorry I haven’t been posting much but it’s partly Ron’s fault. Thanks to him I have spent the last two weeks reading my first “sizzling tell-all tale”. It’s about the feud between Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, which essentially boils down to which of them is the bigger bitch. There’s a fair bit of hyperbole in there but, basically, no-one could make all of this stuff up. Yesterday morning I got to the part where they are both dead. (Well Bette’s still alive at the end but I happily killed her in my mind.)
The other big culprits are early morning Olympic TV and shovelling snow. But it’s mainly Ron’s fault

Oooh-la-la on the GLEE kiss. Good show! Like a lot of what goes on with Adam, we don’t exactly get to see it but we know it’s happening. Love it! Anything that channels Adam’s leading man potential is fine by me.
The Klainers are upset but it’s a pretty chaste moment. My theory about Elliott’s moustache in upcoming episodes is that Ryan Murphy is okay with it because Elliott is going to turn out to be a villain who tries to steal Kurt away from the white knight Klaine. Nyah-ah-ah!

I just listened to the Frenemies video again, luval. Chris talks so fast that I’m not 100% sure but when they enter the guitar store Kurt says something about “and after this ….Pippin… and then after theatre cocktails.” Prediction: the closing of this episode is going to have some cliff hangers and Kelliott may be one of them.

Someone on mj’s brought up the interesting fact about Adam. He is very connected with “Chris’s”. Kris Allen on Idol, Chris Daughtry on Idol and Chris Kolfer on Glee. Or maybe it’s just a common name.
Did you read that someone posted a rumour on Blind Gossip that has Blaine fans in a frenzy? Apparently @GleeOnFOX has had to block some Klaine fans because they are freaking at A-Cray levels of nastiness.

I can’t wait to see this Glee episode! Like mils, I keep watching the preview over and over again. The Darkness song is going to be amazing. I also love Adam’s look. His hair looks better with slightly longer sides, although I think he looks equally good with and without the scruff.

luval – I had the same thought about Adam’s connection with guys named Chris when I first heard that he would be mentoring with Chris Daughtry, not Kris Allen! And don’t forget Chris Saunders, the artist that did the Aquarian Wolf print!

jlurk…I went on the Michaels’s site. I may go in person. But that print is just so unusual I may go to a private frame store just to get some other ideas for a frame. Most likely it will be black but there’s something about the print that makes me want to explore other frames. $$$ I’m sure.

I noticed “blurb” at the end of the video, which is a site where you can make and order photo books. We used that site for my daughter’s wedding photos book. Turned out nice.

(but still $$$). Custom made, pickup in two weeks.

mils, I am computer illiterate but did you try a different browser…internet explorer or firefox or google chrome? You can google something like “I can’t watch youtube videos anymore” and you’ll get many suggestion links. That’s about all I can offer. Or call you computer guy again.
