January seemed to just zip by. It was, of course, Adam’s birthday month but he also managed to get in some skiing (or après-skiing), some parties and even rehearsing new music. This month Adam is set to perform at the Family Equality Council Awards on Feb. 8. He also will be back on Glee on Feb. 25 and there is even a rumor that he will be on Idol later this month as well. It looks like this month will zip right by too – and that gets us closer to a possible Q+AL tour and new music!

    mils…does Vintage Trouble have a song on the radio now? I was in my car yesterday & thought I heard them. The station doesn’t have a playlist.

    I couldn’t figure out Steve Gray.

    luval, I really doubt if Vintage Trouble is on the radio. However, they are in that Honda commercial which is everywhere, and they were on Leno this past week.

    I have a feeling that they have more in store this year too. I wouldn’t be surprised if they kinda exploded. Even SNL.

    A Glambert on Facebook was trying to remember what songs Adam finished his concerts with during Glam Nation and another Glambert posted this site which is pretty cool. Didn’t know you could check concert setlists like this.

    Ron, I remembered which post I loved! Thank G-d!! My brain still has some life left in it! Sieve that it is.

    It was about Bruno being a showman. I totally agree. This is also one of the qualities that draws me to Adam so much. Also, as a fan of entertainers like Bruno, Adam, Pink, Queen-Freddie, and going retro: Barbra, Sammy and Liza.

    On a different note, did anybody else watch the Beatles show last night? I loved it all. Even Katy Perry. I was awed by the guitar greats, and thought Ed Sheeran was a standout.

    But, seeing Paul and Ringo just left me grinning from ear to ear. What a show.

    I saw this, ultimathule. Exactly what the tweeters said. Didn’t show the long interview but what they did was perfect. Not all of Mad World but the end! And yup, the hosts raved about him. It will probably show up somewhere.

    mils I saw most of the Beatles special. But unlike you I was disappointed. Thought Katy was out of tune. Didn’t like Ed Sherron. Adam Levine looked like he was at a funeral. The best were the guitar virtuosos. Joe Walsh was fantasic and he looked great. Pharrell….no words. Did not like. And Letterman with Paul & Ringo was nice. Isn’t it funny how we see the same show but with opposite opinions? Smile

    I’m in a quandary.

    Madonna with be appearing right next door to me tomorrow night!

    Here is what’s next door to me that’s been under construction for the last 4 years and is still ongoing:

    When this building is finished these 1.5 to 3 million dollar condominiums will be 89 stories tall!

    Can you imagine living on the 89th floor?!?? I prefer my feet to be more firmly planted on the ground, so to speak.

    That’s my apartment building on the right hand side.

    Anyway, there are shops and businesses and restaurants that have opened on the completed ground floors and some upper floors.

    Madonna represents “Hard Candy Fitness” gymnasiums. It’s a franchise that’s global and she will make appearances to promote them.

    So tomorrow night, she’ll be in Toronto … and right next door to me … and I can see her as she promotes her gymnasium.

    If I pay $250.00 for the privilege.

    Top ticket is $1,000.

    It’s safe to say that I will not be in attendance. Big Smile

    I’m not really a Madonna fan to begin with as “Vogue” is the only thing that I’ve ever really enjoyed.

    Adam? Unlike “Whatya Want From Me”, I will never tire of hearing him sing “Mad World”.

    That song and that performance on “American Idol” cemented my admiration of this guy’s talent forever.

    Was just watching Strut from The Warfield. What a genius. He wanted to bring to life the songs from FYE and he did. Am still sick about Trespassing and what could have been. I want new music!!! Yes, a mini tour with Queen but he MUST have his own shows!

    Speaking of Queen, wonder how big the venues may be?
