Another month has arrived, the last one before Adam’s new album “Trespassing” will be released! February will hopefully see Adam’s lead single “Better Than I Know Myself” continue to gain airplay and sales. There should be a bump from the music video which is expected early this month. Meanwhile Adam will likely continue working on promo events in preparation for his upcoming album release, which is slated for March 20 here in the US. Perhaps with more promo being done ahead of the album release this time around, the next tour can begin by this summer? Enjoy the chat!

Update 2/4/2012: BTIKM music video was released Thursday night, feel quite certain we’ll be seeing plenty of it on VH1 in the next few weeks!

    Hopefully the video moves quickly up the VH1 Top 20 countdown starting this week

    I hope that BTIKM vid will be on VH1 Top 20 countdown this week.

    Re the Fuse Sexy Beats Countdown:
    Each of the episodes is counting down 10 and Adam is in ep 3, but if the article only mentions Flo Rida, Gabe Saporta, and Adam as hosts, does that mean Adam will host at least 3 episodes? Looking at the guide, the show is in heavy repeats all week!

    It’s great to see that Adam has more written about him than the other two! I feel Adam just needs one thing to launch him over this little hill he’s on. Once that happens watch out. What seemed like a slow steady climb will now look like a rocket ship to the moon!!

    Evening BTIKM numbers update:

    With the entire HAC panel reporting (92 stations), the song picked up 4 adds for the week:

    KIMN Denver
    WAJI Fort Wayne
    WBMX Boston
    WJLK Monmouth-Ocean (southern New Jersey)

    With 53 of the 156 Top 40 stations reporting, the song has still not picked up any adds in that format. Typically the Top 40 adds for BTIKM have come late in the reporting cycle, on Tuesday afternoon.

    Oksana, I don’t see a problem with mentioning this site on Charity Water.

    That’s exactly how I feel. And the one thing he needs is a hit to get massive radio play. BTIKM apparently is not it, but I have good hope that there is a hit on the Trespassing album. According to all the preview hype, Trespassing or Cockoo are the most likely candidates.
    On my more negative days, I think so close and yet so far. On
    my more positive days I think the market is wide open for male pop singers with actual talent. Other than Bruno I found the male singers yesterday all pretty underwhelming.

    I really don’t understand why its not getting more adds, or being played. personally I love the song, but even if I didn’t, it seems to fit in pretty well with other songs being played, especially Bruno Mars…
    its just so frustrating….

    Like I mentioned in past posts…I think the only thing left is VH1 countdown to give it a boost. I hope all his twitter followers vote. They say the number of followers does not equal sales. Well, voting costs nothing.

    When I’m on vh1 almost all of the recent voters say they voted for AL BTIKM. An occasional vote for someone else may come on. I’m not sure how that will relate to his placement on the top 20, but I’m pretty sure it will make the list!

    You know we wait and wait and wait for that album, yet to me it seems like only yesterday he was on American Idol…maybe the 3rd week? Three years ago. I guess I can wait 3000 years. lol

    Evidently, Adam is at Priscilla Queen of the Desert tonight.
    There was a tweet from a guy saying Adam almost ran into him rushing into the theater, and another from a cast member perhaps.

    The gal who has AdamQuoteDaily is getting to meet Adam in New York. I’m sure she’ll have lots posted on her site. She going as the guest of someone, had to travel to do this and is more than excited. I follow her on twitter so check her site several times daily. Glad to hear he’s having some fun too, I know he loves theater.

    actually felt a bit sad listening to the Trespassing and underneath part of those interviews. we all get frustrated about how Adam is being left out of things, and seemingly blacklisted kind of, its sad to hear that he sometimes feels that way too.

    Love the faces he makes when trying to explain Broken English though, its obviously about him and Sauli.
