    Country music is not country anymore. Whether it’s the guys or girls. It’s rock n roll country as far as I’m concerned. Look at the way they’re dressed and the hair. Glitter galore. So I don’t think it’s such a shock to see him on this show.

    The surprise to me is that he’s on good ole America tv. About time! Am looking forward to the comments. “Where’s he been?” Things like that.

    I agree that lots of country is really a soft rock, but there is still a lot of twang twang country out there. I just can’t figure out how this came about? Mind blown. But it will be fun, I hope he gets a great intro.

    Thanks for reminding us about this performance riskylady on the Helen Fischer show…I had totally forgotten about it. It was so good.I remember thinking at the time that IWIA was a bit of a strange choice to sing, but it was perfect, has places to show off his vocals, parts for the audience to clap along to, and a great instrumental section for Brian and Roger to showcase their skills on.

    Still cant believe it how one concert, one song can change my whole life. I have found so many new friends, dear friends I dont want to miss anymore. I found a happy place for dark times, I really found another family with all of you.

    I cant ever repay Adam for what he has done to my life…

    cait, thank you for your wonderful story about finding Adam. Glad that you overcame your doubts and listened in to the stream, it must have been surprising! I first heard him sing WWTLF in the beautiful Kiev concert, and it about broke my heart, so beautiful. Many many of us had waited and dreamed for years that someday, someday, we would hear this. I used to love Sarah Brightman’s version, but once I heard Adam I realized that a man’s voice is so much more suited – powerful! (I didn’t care for Helene singing it either, but she was very sweet and complimentary to Adam.) It had been years since I saw the movie, or heard Freddie’s version.
    It’s been lovely to have you here, I always enjoy your perspective on things.

    And yes, ulti, riskyladyfla is me!

    Awww Cait…so happy for you..we’re happy to have you here and so glad you’re going to all those concerts next year. True Glambert now. Hope you get to meet some of our ALL-ers over there. I’ll be in Munich to catch a cruise next April then in a few more European cities but not going to be able to see Adam even though he’ll be around then.
    I can’t even see him Dec 12th right up the road from here because I have to work darn it! Oh well. Let’s see where his US tour takes him.
