    He’s really into that black and white geometry/symmetry/ fractal type of imagery.

    Saw Joy last night. Yeah, it’s OK, more like a big screen Hallmark movie …IMHO…hubby liked it a lot, but he watches sappy Hallmarky movies all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I sometimes am stuck in one of those too…just coulda waited to see this when it hits cable.

    Off to see the Big Short today.

    So many movies…cannot wait for the new Tarantino. Youth is next on our list. Others I’m waiting for are Son of Saul, and the new Coen brothers fare. Looks great, it has his stable of actors in it. Love them.

    And, of course, the new Trek is due in the summer. ** wipes a tear of joy **

    Happy Holidays everyone! So someone explain to me how it is that Adam wins very category on those poll-maker polls except fan army????? Surely we are voting for ourselves? How are Britney’s army and “other” doing better?

    Saw The Force Awakens yesterday with family and was pleasantly surprised. Have to say (without giving too much away) that Darth Vader and progeny are one dysfunctional family; totally responsible for making mince meat of the universe. Whatever. Very good, though.

    Off to see The Big Short. The book was VERY good; I’ve been a Michael Lewis fan since Liar’s Poker.

    Very happy to see that Sauli and Tommy are still in Adam’s orbit. Maybe Tommy will be performing in Singapore? Maybe Sauli is house-sitting? I have a feeling that Adam doesn’t like to be alone at Christmas. He may be Jewish but a lot of people disappear to be with their families and it’s nice to be with people who matter to you when you know half the world is doing the same.

    No matter how or what Adam celebrates, I just hope he has good holidays. Interesting he didn’t post any Hanukkah or Christmas greetings this year like he usually does.

    Happy Holidays everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying time with your loved ones, with abundant laughter, music, good food, and warm memories. Peace Peace, love Heart, joy Music Note, and hope Rainbow to you all.

    I’m so glad to have a little time to relax this holiday season. Unfortunately I’ve got my foot elevated and on ice due to an injured Achilles tendon, but I guess that’s one way that my body is forcing me to rest and watch Adam videos from recent shows and listen to Adam’s music. Bummed about the pain, but my nice new high-fidelity bass-boosted headphones that I got for Christmas will make the forced rest more bearable. Wink

    I’m excited to see what Adam has in store for the TOH tour! I am absolutely enchanted by the poster art for the tour. I LOVE fractals (see my avi! It’s a fractal!) and the aesthetic is so beautiful and so him.

    I’m also struck by how hard Adam is working. He had to have been planning the TOH tour details while on the radio tour, then went from the extensive radio show tour straight into the final production rehearsals for the TOH tour, which finished up on 12/23. And now it appears that everyone is traveling to Singapore today. So that means that he got only 3 days off, if indeed he really did take those day off. I’m glad that he at least got a little downtime to socialize with friends and spend some time with Sauli. And now – on to the next adventure!

    Haunting hooks for days. He may have had a whistling stunt double, but Lambert beat Avicii to his own game of guitar and beats. Indeed he put out one of the most enjoyable and risk-taking pop albums of the year.

    It will soon be 2016 and we’ll need a new photo for the January chat thread. Any suggestions? I was thinking of using the new TOH tour poster since most of 2016 will be touring in support of the album. But I’m open if you prefer to have some other eye candy In Love to welcome you each time you come here! Wink Maybe a best of 2015?
